Well designed, sizing chart accurate
I bought this for my 9.5-10lb chihuahua-terrier. She is skinny and very long/tall for her weight.Her back length is 13â (base of neck to base of tail). When sitting, she is 16.5â to the top of her head and 11â to the base of her neck. Large was tall enough for her.Some details I like on this ventilated version: more ventilation (obviously) as Iâll mostly use this in warmer climates, water bottle holder with Velcro strap to hold it more securely and hidden zipped back pocket storage (panel that faces toward your body when wearing it).It also has a harness/leash tether inside, removable firm base for more comfortable sitting, chest and waist straps (for the human) for added stability when hiking, and it sits flat on the ground (wouldnât leave unattended like this as it could tip over, but itâs reasonably stable for a few seconds like this). The padded shoulder straps are also nice. Can be adjusted for both short and tall people.

Pros: Sturdy, comfortable, lightweight, adjustable, has storage pockets, great quality.Cons: Does not have a safety strap to clip onto your dogâs harness. Great backpack for a small dog. Use it for biking, walking, and going shopping.Can be placed on your front of back. Light weight and easy to use. It may take your dog a little time to realize they are stuck in it. You can cinch it down.Ventilation is great.I like how easy it is to fold up to take with you. Also, pockets to hold things are helpful.

Game changer
If you have a tiny little cling on like we do, then this is a game changer. She absolutely loves this bag and will ride around in it for long periods without complaint or any wiggling around. She fits well in seated position. This bag is not suited for her size to lay in nor is it really designed for that anyway. She has other bags she can lay in but she loves to sit in this one. I absolutely love that I can wear her on my back or on my front and that itâs comfy either way. It has securing straps so both her and I feel secure when using it. Itâs made of high quality material and very comfy on the shoulders. We use this all the time. Even when sheâs under foot and in our home and Im trying to complete a task quickly without her acting as my shadow at my feet. I highly recommend this product and will buy again for sure. A must have. For anyone with a pet who likes to be carried. I ordered largest size for my 11 pound mini aussiepoo and she fits well with room for her body to shift comfortably inside.

Not a fit for my shoulders and chihuahua
I was hoping this was going to work for me but I found the weight on my shoulders too painful. My chihuahua only weighs 8 pounds but at my age and with back problems it didnât work for us. She was not happy with it either maybe because I was uncomfortable. It is well made, and easy to adjust. I would have kept the carrier had it not been for my shoulder pain. Iâm giving 3 stars because it seems like a good product. Not giving five because I didnât use it long enough to test endurance and strength of the carrier.

Very well made
One of my tiny dogs arthritis has gotten worse with old age. Sometimes on our walks Iâll end up having to carry him the rest of the way when his meds give out. so I got this bag to bring along. It has really helped as now we can still go the distance I like to walk without my baby hurting. Itâs lightweight and stylish yet sturdy enough to transport him – heâs 8lbs. I chose the medium size which is a perfect fit and itâs easy enough to walk and wear in front of your body or on your back. I like the added clip for security. The mesh fabric is great as it allows for good airflow. Straps over my shoulders are comfortable. Iâm really happy with this purchase.

Der Rucksack ist für unseren Hund absolut ungeeignet: die Tatsache, dass man den oberen Abschluss, der per ReiÃverschluss mit dem Hauptteil verbunden ist, dem Hund über den Kopf ziehen muss, geht für unseren Hund gar nicht. AuÃerdem sind die seitlichen Taschen nicht gut zu befüllen.
