Assembly is awful! Beware! Customer service is awful!
Not enough hardware to put it together. Holes donât line up! Front doors are 2 different sizes! Would not buy again.A paper comes in the box to reach out if you have issues⦠I did told them I could return in amazon however we donât have a box now as we opened it not expecting to have to return..The response was how about you find another suitable box. Yea because I have a box just laying around the house to fit a dog kennel!Do better!!!! It sucks!

I got this cheaper than the new one. I would buy the new one it I had to do it again. It had a couple broken parts when I got it and scratches on the wood. The main broken piece was a notch for a metal peg to hold on side on. I redrilled and got a new peg. Filled the hole from old notch and it works fine now.

Sturdy enough but top lift rightnoff
I like this but confused how the top lifts right off. Any dogbover 15lbs could push the top right open. Definitely a flat Took 2 of us 4 hrs to assemble Instructions ok just a lot of small things to do. After building no way would i return some zip tied the top down.

My dog took to it almost immediately, which was a relief because he’s usually quite picky about his sleeping spots. The flip-top feature is a standout, offering easy access to clean the crate or interact with my pet without any hassle.What sets this crate apart for me are the included feeder bowls, which are conveniently integrated into the design. It’s such a space saver and keeps feeding organized and tidy, something that was always a bit of a challenge before. The wheels are another great feature, making it easy to move the crate from room to room, though they lock securely to keep the crate in place when needed.Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. It felt sturdy and well-made, a testament to its heavy-duty claim. The ventilation is well-designed, ensuring my dog stays comfortable and doesn’t feel confined. The one negatives point I would make is that the latches included with the crate are a big flimsy. I will probably pick up a higher quality set of latches to replace the ones that came with the crate. My dog isn’t one to attempt to escape the crate but if yours pushes or paws at their crate door I might not trust the included hardware to keep the door secure. It’s a cheap and easy thing to replace though so I don’t consider this to be worthy of deducting a star.In summary, the YITAHOME Dog Crate Furniture has not only met but exceeded my expectations. It’s practical, offering a cozy and secure space for my dog, while also serving as an attractive piece of furniture in our home. Nice Than Most
This kennel is nice than most I’ve had. Rather than the usual wire kennels, this has nice finished pieces of wood and therefore doesn’t look so ugly. It rolls well and has plenty of possible modifications in terms of where the feed bowls go, which gate you want to open/lock etc. If anything, there might be too many options.
