Not for skittish pets
The product works well and looks nice. The water last a few days for a 60lb lab pit mix. It fits nicely in the hallway turned sideways. It is a great value. However, our dog is scared of the air bubbles that float up as water goes into the bowl. He has used it some, but has quit using altogether now.

The product works well for both cats and dogs. I am not needing to refill multiple water supplies each day for the pets. The water tower is easily cleaned and refilled. It is not easily tipped.The nozzle inside the tower has bent. Otherwiseâ¦

Perfect size
Got this for my dogs and itâs perfect! The other water dispensers leak water when you turn it upside down to place it back in the bowl but this doesnât leak any water itâs the perfect size for my 3 dogs

Wrong item sent
Wanted to love the product, but didnât get what I paid for (9L with filter). I was sent a 8L without the filter and that was disappointing considering the price difference. My friend also received the same mislabeled product twice and weâre in 2 different states. She had previously bought this product and it was great. Looks like a good quality product, but not worth paying extra for the wrong item.

Pretty and functional!
Iâve had quite a few less expensive auto watering bottles and this one is by far the prettiest. It looks great in my home and I love that it has a stopper to prevent water from leaking out when it placed in the base. The base comes out easily for cleaning. My cats and dog love it.

Have the 8L version and it works great…but
..this version is diffcult to get in the space . If you do it wrong, no water comes out. Will go back to the 8L version, which works nicely, but get’s a lot of algie from the shape.

I had a different version where there wasnât a removable bowl and I found it just got too dirty.I do wish the removable bowl was a better quality. Itâs very thin stainless steel. I can easily remove the pan and give it a good clean On a daily basis.
