Reliable!
I ordered to feed my 1yo Am. bulldog puppy, works great and you can completely customize the portions and feedings. The puppy gets 5 cups of food a day and this feeder handles the workload just fine! I actually use it without the bowl or insert and have it fall into a larger elevated bowl. Setup was incredibly easy! The camera and audio work great.

Easy setup and it works great so far. For the price, I don’t expect it to last forever, but I’ve had more expensive feeders quit after a year, so if it lasts that long I’ll be happy. The camera is nice to be able to verify it’s working

Great solution
I needed to wean my cats down from free feeding to scheduled feeding. This allowed me to do it gradually. It allows me to choose the time to feed, set multiple schedules, change amount of each feed, and the ability to manually feed either by pressing a button on the feeder or by using the app. I love the video as well. Video allows me to see which cat is eating and how often. I have had this unit for a few weeks now and no issues at all

Good product, poor instructions.
Product appears to work well but the manual is difficult to understand. Had trouble getting it to connect with my network but eventually did get it. So far it’s working. Our last one (different brand) only worked a day or two before failing to stay connected. Had to keep reconnecting and reprogramming it.

Perfect for our cat!
This is a good automatic feeder. You can set scheduled times and you can also push manual feedings as well. It keeps track of all the feedings so you can monitor how much your pet is eating. I love the camera feature. The video is pretty clear and is good quality. No complaints so far.

Very nice
This product was very easy to set up once I realize that I had to use the plug that came with it and could not use my own. It dispenses as requested the camera works. Iâm able to see when my cat goes to the feeder. I like that I can schedule the feedings on my phone and if needed, I can manually feed as well

Not my favorite
I have had automatic feeders before, but this one just seemed a little more complicated. The set up was fairly easy. My issue is with the app. I scanned the QR code and my phone immediately notified me that this was an unsafe app. I decided to download it anyway. Once downloaded I was able to set up a feeding schedule. I have been using this for a few weeks and I just don’t like the app and how it is set up. If I want to record any activity, apparently I have to pay for cloud storage. I just feel like this feeder and app are not worth the hassle. Download an unsafe app, pay for cloud storage, and continually having to log back in for no reason. Not my favorite. I would not order this feeder again.

Our cat doesn’t eat much but we started looking into an automatic feeder so we can set a schedule for the late night / early morning.We looked at all the options available and this seemed to check all the boxesWe wanted something small (our cat doesn’t eat much).We should be able to feed remotely via an appWe didn’t really need the camera but for $20 extra, it’s well worth it. When feeding remotely, it’s a big plus to actually see our cat feeding. So I’d say the camera is a must for remote feedingYou can record a voice when it feeds. I’m also able to speak to my pet remotely. Probably a lot more useful for dogs, rather than cats.It was fairly easy to setup. In terms of durability, I don’t know yet. I would have been willing to pay a little more if I found something that looked solid and more durable than this. But among all the options available, this would be the best in terms of price and durability. I found something twice the cost but didn’t look like it was any more durable than thisThe app isn’t the greatest. It’s called iCam365 (you’d expect if to be called Frienhund). In any case, the setup was fairly straightforward. It’s intuitive enough to use and has most of the features you’ll need. You can view the camera anytime. You can set it up to get a notification when your pet comes over to feed, and/or when the feeder. You can set up a feeding schedule easily, and see the feeding historyThe only question mark right now is durability/longevity. Had it for just a week and no issues at all. If it lasts at least a full year without issues, it’ll be worth it. If it doesn’t last long, I’ll update/edit this review to let others knowAFTER SALES SUPPORTOn the iCam365 app, there’s a Help & feedback section where you can provide feedback or get support via a “New feedback” button. Once the feeder was set up to wifi, it was very simple to use. The camera is decent and it is easy to set up the feeding schedule. The only issue I found was with the microphone, it sounded like a lot of reverberation off the surrounding cabinets when I said hello to my cats, so I don’t use that feature. But otherwise, I approve of this feeder!

The camera has really good night vision so you can use it day or night. The remote feeding option is great for when youâre away from home but want to feed your fur baby, and you can talk to them over the microphone and watch them on the camera. It holds a lot of food so you donât have to refill it often. Also, remote feeding has worked a treat to stop my cat from asking me for food when heâs hungry; he just sits by the machine and waits for the food to dispense! Great product!

For the price you could not ask for a better product! Took a few tries to get connected but I am not the best at this stuff and still did it. Had several options to connect and works flawlessly! Instructions are a bit vague but even I was able to fiddle around and make everything work. Speaker is quite loud so half volume works best for me. Set a schedule that I can turn off and on easily and from more than 100 km away it worked great. At first Kitty was a little freaked out and realized quickly that the food came from up the chute. For a while tried to reach up and get more. Within 2 days he totally “got it”. Hear my voice and comes running. I’ll drop a portion which is just enough…not a full meal but perfect so you can spread it out. In the pre programed feedings you can select how many portions to drop. I do several small ones throughout the day but you could just do morning and night or add a treat time… it’s great! Video and audio is perfect! Night time, day time…and you can record are take screen shots. There is a feature that you have to pay for that will save your videos but it’s cheap. You get1 month free but I will possibly grab the year…don’t know…you can screen shot etc to save what you want and really…who needs a million hours of your cat eating! lol One last thing…it has a wide angle and can be set to activate but sound or movement so in essence can act as a home security cam. Anyone walking in the area will be on camera and you can tell them to get out live or just watch as the police come and take them away…:) 5 stars all the way. A really fun device:)
