My cats love it!
I have 3 cats and am disabled, so the typical hard case is difficult and painful for me to lug around with even my smallest 8-lb Tortimese in it. Last year, I tried a soft-sided cat carrier with a shoulder strap for the first time, fell in love with the ease of carrying my cats, and have been slowly replacing all of my old-school hard-sided carriers since then.While this carrier is faux leather, it’s a cute design that doesn’t look cheap. When closed, “leather” flap may help keep the animal being transported feel more secure, and I’m hopeful it will reduce some of the stress crying without the need to sedate with baclofen. I don’t have any trips with cats planned at the moment, but will try to report back after I’ve tested it out.The crate arrives folded in a compact box, and is easy to “assemble” by zipping up the ends. The only downside to this is that you can’t leave either end unzipped without the crate collapsing in on itself, however the top and middle an be unzipped without any problems with the structural integrity. I placed the crate on a recliner after zipping it together, turned away for a few seconds to grab the packing materials, and by the time I turned back, one of my cats was already laying down in it! I was thrilled, since I ordered this with him in mind because he has very long legs, and at 13.8″ this is a bit taller than the other soft-sided carriers I have (both 11″ tall), so I thought it would give him more room to stretch those long legs when he has to be in a crate for extended periods of time.My plans may have been dashed though (or maybe I need a 2nd one of this crate?), because within a few hours, my petite 8lb Tortimese claimed the crate as her own. When she isn’t cuddling, eating or using the litter box, she seems to be in the crate or on the mesh of the middle opening… sometimes she’s even sprawled over the opening. She has been in it nearly constantly since it arrived 5 days ago, and won’t allow the other cats a chance to check out ðSo the crate is definitely cat-approved!A couple of things that keep this crate from being 5 stars:The fur like cushion on the base is sewn onto something hard to give structure to the base. I would be much better if it had a zipper to make it removable so the cover could be washed. Because it isn’t removable, I’ll likely have to add a baby blanket or something similar so that I can remove and wash it. Related helpful hint – I HIGHLY recommend using puppy pads or similar in crates any time you’ll be transporting an animal, even if it’s only to the vet! You never know when you’ll be grateful you did!The buckles on the strap aren’t just for show… you really do have to buckle them if you want to secure it. Velcro or snaps would be much more convenient. The manufacturer used velcro to secure the flap when it isn’t in use, so I’m not sure why they decided to make the buckles functional?Aside from those 2 minor quibbles, this crate is terrific so far, and would be a solid 4.5 stars if Amazon allowed it!

Sturdy and attractive, room for improvement
This is a very attractive cat carrier and seems to be very sturdy. I like the removable pad at the bottom that can be thrown in the wash, and I love the crossbody strap that leaves my hands free to open doors or carry other stuff. I have a few minor complaints. First and foremost, the carrier doesn’t any rigid structure supporting it, which means if I open the end, the ceiling flops down in the cat’s face. Second, the handle on top can only be used when the top flap is fully secured, which defeats the purpose of having mesh on the top and front. Third, the carrier is a little short end to end for cats over 10 lbs. Both of my 12 lb cats have to scrunch a bit.

A Great Pet Carrier!
This is a very stylish soft sided, quality carrier but it is also very functional. This beige and tan carrier has a nice faux fur hard bottom. It has 2 zippered mesh opening along with 2 smaller mesh windows, one on each end of the unit. Having all these opened areas can ease your pet’s dislike of being couped up. My cat is 12 pounds and has ample room to keep her comfortable. It also came with a portable collapsible water/or food dish. Which can be clipped to the front of the carrier.If you’re in need of a pet carrier for yourself or for someone else as a gift, I highly recommend this one!I am so pleased with this carrier and I’m grateful that I was given the opportunity to try it out.

Broker within minutes
This is a nice looking cat carrier, with a trendy appearance. But that means nothing if its already breaking with a few scratches from the cat. The window netting on the sides was already coming apart after only 1 or two yanks from my cats claws while he was inside it. I am not going to be using this again for fear that he will tear out of it… Too bad. I really wanted to like it.

Looks exactly as pictured, sturdy and good quality, and cute! I love the shoulder strap for easy carrying, and it holds its shape nicely. Standard size. It fits my 6lbs kitty well with room to wiggle, and for a larger cat itâll be snug but cozy. My only complaint is I wish the strap that holds the top leather part down was something easier like a snap or Velcro, but itâs an actual buckle which makes it hard to fasten quickly. Also, when it first arrived it had a heavy ânew bagâ smell which I think deterred my kitty. I sprinkled some catnip inside and she eventually got in. The smell dissipates with a few days but just something to note as it was pretty strong
