Great learning project and fun to build
It’s a fun project to build and play with. I didn’t expect to build from scratch. The tutorial was easy to follow. As I progressed, I ran into some technical difficulties but through e-mails I got great support. Someone mentioned finding batteries, I had to problem finding batteries on Amazon. If nothing else, I give this a high score because of the support given

IMPROVEMENTS AND EXPERIENCES
The App currently does not work with iPhone Minis. On an iPad the App randomly drives a leg servo into the body, and burns it out. Freenove has been very responsive, sent me 2 replacement servos, but the issue persists. I do not know about Android operation. That may be the difference between 5 Star and 1 Star reviews, what platform you use. The Dog’s ungainly gait is cute, and there are a lot of features for the money, and IF they work out the bugs, it will be a fun toy. Resolving issues ran past 30 day return window, so I wait, hopeful of a fix.Update: April 6. Freenove support is GREAT. Unfortunately, their iPhone Mini emulator is not accurate, and does not show display problem, and has some other issues. They added Back Arrow, does not fix all issues. So No with phone. I do have iPad. SO – after lots of play, I have learned [1] Only use in APMode – so much better. [2] Click WiFi icon in Freenove app, Turn ON Establish access point, [3] Click on GotoSettingWIFI, [4] on Phone/Pad goto Settings/WiFi, [5] choose Freenove, password is 12345678 then close settings, [6] reopen Freenove App, aim Camera towards bright light source (sunny window best), and Tap Movie Camera Icon. There are issues with the Calibration settings, just keep going through it until you get it right. Click Verity (Verify) button several times, Submit after each leg, go BACK and use Up/Down arrows a couple of times. Repeat each leg until all is right. Get really good batteries (20+ Amp), you have to remove (hard) to charge. Battery percent does not work. Note voltage displayed when Dog stops. Next time charge before that voltage. Have lots of fun.

Fantastic Service by Freenove
It took me a while to assemble my Robot Dog and, during the process, I ruined a couple of servos. They are intermittent now but at least 90% of the robotâs functions work okay. I contacted Freenove Support to inquire about the availability and cost of replacement servos. Shaynee of the Support Team sent me two new servos at no charge. I call that superb after sale support for their product(s).

Batteries
Why not list what the required batteries are and a link to buy them. I bought this as a gift not realizing there are no darn batteries and now I cannot find them to send with the gift. What guy wants a gift with no stinking batteries

Assembles fairly easily but follow the instructions carefully. Lots of pieces and tiny screws.Software provided with a tutorial to explain how it works.All the software is available to download from Freenove’s site so you can check out the tutorials and assembly instructions prior to purchasing.Support staff responded quickly to my inquiries.Freenove is an excellant company to deal with.

Niektóre ilustracje nie pokazujÄ wszystkich Årub, jak w przypadku orczyków.Model jednak da siÄ skonstruowaÄ i uruchomiÄ. DziaÅajÄ polecenia dotyczÄ ce ruchu, koloru (diody RGB) i dźwiÄku. Dobrze dziaÅa też sonar.Niestety najwiÄksze problemy stwarza aplikacja na Androida.JednÄ gwiazdkÄ “przyznajÄ” za moje wielogodzinne i bezskuteczne zmagania, by uzyskaÄ trwaÅe poÅÄ czenie WiFi ze smartfonem (Samsung S202). Nawet na starszym telefonie z Androidem 6 uzyskiwaÅem na krótko obraz z kamery.Może ktoÅ inny bÄdzie miaÅ wiÄcej szczÄÅcia.
