This is a sturdy, easy to open gate. The lock is simple and sturdy, one of the best gates out there. We even changed the dog gate for one of these gates. The handle lock system is large and easy to operate. I would most definitely recommend this for kids and pets.

I was hesitant to purchase this one based on some negative reviews about it falling. After installing it Iâm 100% certain those people installed it wrong. Itâs a great gate that didnât need to be drilled into the wall! My two kids and puppy have put it to the test and itâs stayed!My only true concern is the latch and the possibility of fingers getting pinched or smashed in it. However I LOVE the latch more than the standard baby gate of having to press a button in and then slide a button, all while juggling a baby, or puppy, or whatever.
