The most handiest accessory I have for my dog.
I bought this car seat/ pet bed for my Bichon Frise when she was a little puppy. I picked her up and brought her home in it. She loves riding in her seat. it has a leash to keep her secure in one place. It makes her feel safe and secure. Itâs has become her familiar safe place when I take her places. I had to take her to the emergency vet and I took the car seat/bed with us inside and she had a familiar place to lay down and rest while we waited. After getting spayed I took the car seat/bed inside the vet office to pick her up after surgery and then straight inside my house and left my puppy in it to rest while recovering from surgery. I have even took this car seat/bed into Wal Mart and put it and my dog in the cart to go shopping with me. This car seat has been a life saver. The car seat is easy to hook up and unhook for easy transfer and it also has handles for carrying. It also has side pockets to store snacks and stuff in. I put her leash, collapsible water bowl and even my stuff in the side pockets. This car seat/bed has been the handiest accessory that I have for my puppy. She is almost a year old and when we go âBye Byesâ she jumps up in her seat (her spot when I open my car door. â¤ï¸

Great car seat
The Jacko & Co car seat is well made and has cushy padding. The size is ample. I had no trouble installing in the car and the grey coloring matches the Toyota grey interior really well. My pups have enjoyed having their own space in the car.

Super fluffy padded bed for fur baby
The seat is very fluffy and made nicely with sturdy fabric that does not get dirty too easily (though I cover with a towel. The straps to buckle around a seat are nice and adjustable, and the leash to buckle the pet to the seat works well. My only slight dislike of this is that the bed is almost too fluffy – the stuffing and bottom has no structure and I worry my dogâs body is being bent in an unatural way, especially when turning the car and it slides her to the left/right. I remedied this by adding some cardboard cutout under the pillow for some structure. The stuffing also moves easily and gets bunched up weirdly so you have to rearrange so it doesnât get lumpy. I think this is great for long car rides on the highway where the car doesnât move much, but not ideal for daily driving – unless your fur baby loves to cuddle up and sleep during drives. I the event of an accident, all the extra stuffing around the seat is nice, which is also why I made my initial purchase. Great seat,itâs just really more of a super fluffy bed than a sturdy safe seat for a dog in a car.

So happy I finally got a car seat for my pup!!
This was a difficult choice, with so many dog car seats out there, but this one is perfect for me and my pup. I drive a Mini Cooper and my dog is a whippet-terrier-chihuahua mix, about 15 lbs?? It is easy to secure to my passenger seat (with a leather car cover I recently installed btw), it’s cozy, I put an extra little blanket inside, my dog is secure enough with the hook that is attached within the seat, but he doesn’t jump around…so if you have a dog that does, I also bought an extra bungee cord strap in case, and separately, just for his collar, if needed. It keeps my dog safe and completely secure when braking in traffic, it has foldable sides that work for sun-shading, I can easily carrying him into the groomers while still in the seat, it’s simply perfect, well-made, beautiful material…and worth it after years of having my dogs sit on my car seats. I feel good about this purchase and caring for my pet. I took a lot of time to choose, hopefully this will help you to decide.

Not sturdy at all
I actually returned this item because I have a 3 lb Yorkie puppy and it was even too soft on the side for her. When she stood on it, it folded. Not what I would use as a car seat for safety.

Iâm pretty sure my cat is claustrophobic so this helped him be comfortable in the car but also help seclude him to one area. We set it out in the house for about a month so heâd get used to seeing it and smelling it and he set in it all on his own a lot. Theres handles in the side that help fold it up into a makeshift carrier but if youâve got a runner, I wouldnât use that. The idea of the car seat is great though Itâs not super secure. The only real attachment is a loop that goes around the headrest. Theres a leash type thing that attaches to the animalâs harness (donât use a collar for that), but again itâs not super secure and just poses as a loose attachment. It would help if that piece had an adjustable length because he tries to get up and walk around (understandably, but dangerous while driving). It inevitably got puked on so we followed the instructions for washing it but it got torn even on the gentle cycle so the stuffing came out. Overall it works as a comfy seat for your pet in the car but safety and durability arenât super great.

We absolutely love this doggie car seat. All three of our little pups love to curl up in this car seat. Thereâs one seat buckle. The car seat is secure in the car for safety. We love that we can easily unhook it and bring it in as a dog bed when we travel.

I can’t stop raving about Jacko & Co Car seat! I love the material how easy it’s to wipe and clean dirt off! Walnut is a 22lb Shiba Inu, the small dog seat fits him perfectly! The back matches our seat very well and there is a little strap to keep them in place. I use to have a bucket that only strapped to one headrest and it was not as comfortable and big as this one. The small also fits perfectly in one seat and allows two people to fit in the back. I cant wait to go on long drives knowing he’s safe and comfortable. You can really tell that it was made with dog parents in mind 🙂

Happy with this choice. Easy to put in place and adjust. Quality appears to be good. Placed it in cloths dryer to bluff out and our puppy was comfy and settled. In Canada, it is illegal to have pets in a vehicle when driving if they are not secured so this will serve the dual purpose of being legal and having a safer seat for our pet. I recommend this for quality and price.
