I was looking for a way to take my 2 indoor cats outside while keeping them safe and secure then I came across the listing for this dog and puppy playpen.The listing also stated it would be good for some other animals with cats being one of them so I decided to order one and see if it covered my needs.When it got here I opened it up and liked how well it was made and how sturdy the materials are. Setup was really easy, you basically just run the support poles through sewn in sleeves then connect them with the corner connectors.After you get the frame setup you can attach the covered, sealed top to make it fully enclosed (the top is optional).It has a zippered front door section to get you pets in and out easily and also has a zippered opening on the top if you want to lift them in and out.I never though about an item like this to cover my needs but I am really happy I found this and my kitties like it as well. As soon as I set it up, which took about 10 minutes, my oldest grabbed one of his ball toys and started playing with it inside.The other little guy was rolling around and checking it over. They stayed in there, with the front door open, for almost an hour playing.This seems like it will do exactly what I was hoping for and the construction is really nice so it should last a long time. This is an item you will want to look into if you have a need for any of your pets. I highly recommend this product!

Doggo jail for when guest come over.
If you have a small dog who loves company, but the company wants some space this is perfect. I jokingly call this doggo jail and ask my boy if he want to go to doggo jail when he is being particularly rambunctious. It has an optional cover to prevent jumping out and is a good size for a small or medium dog.Assembly is kind of tricky, but putting baby powder on the poles makes it a little easier to slide them into the sleeves. I wish the mesh was a little sturdier, make sure you keep those nails trimmed.

The roof is definitely a must
Works well. Semi-easy to put together. Itâs now in my plant room being a chicken brooder. The chickens werenât sure what to do with all the room that they now have. Will be using it as a chicken brooder going forward.

Easy To Put Together!
What I really like about this playpen for dogs is that the polls are made of medal instead of plastic. It is very sturdy and holds my 2 dachshunds in perfectly. It was easy to put together and the instructions are ok. The material is heavy so it should last a long time and my dogs canât chew through it. I am very highly recommending!!!

I got this for a small dog and he loves this play pit. Itâs easy to assemble and works well outside too. Would recommend.

Fantastic play pen on the go
Very helpful for traveling with a small dog. I often travel with my dog who’s about 10 pounds and this thing makes it easy to have a designated dog area for him while not worrying about where he can get into when in a new place or traveling. The setup does take some time, but when it’s broken down I can fit it into a small/medium size duffel which makes it much more convenient for taking it on the go.

Great size and easy to set up
This was a breeze to put together and seems sturdy enough with the metal poles. It has a cover on the top with a zipper opening to interact with pets. I suspect it wonât hold up to larger pups or any kind of rambunctious activity but itâs good for smaller, or more mellow animals. We are using it as a temporary enclosure for a cat with a bladder issue until his medication works and he loves it. Itâs like a little cave for him that he feels safe in and itâs large enough for his bed and toys and food/water.
