Heâs so funny but seriously – measure first
Tip: Measure your pet first from tip of noise to the start of the tail to be sure the bed is long enough for your pet friend to stretch fully.The bed arrives flat and fluffs up like a pillow. The dog bed I received took about 3 days to gain full size.There was a small amount of ânewâ smell to it. The cats liked the pet bed first. The dogs rotate sleeping in the bed.I purchased the bed for a dachshund mix who had back surgery about a month ago for a spinal disc that slipped completely out of the spine rut to an unfortunate acccident.He has made an almost complete â¤ï¸â𩹠recovery for which I am thankful to God because the alternative was euthanizing.At the beginning he had lost the ability to urinate independently and needed a Foley catheter and had no bowel control.You can understand that I needed a comfortable bed that was also a hospital bed. Yes there are other options on Amazon and between Amazon and pet stores, Iâve tried many.This review is for you all out there who are wondering of this is the best purchase for the money.I have purchased different pet beds for cats and dogs for many years. Usually they sleep on a blanket that they move and create a nest for their individual needs. Yeah, they are spoiled.Blankets are easier to wash.Pet beds are a waste of money even the ones that have zippers.This pet bed has zero zippers. I knew this would be a disposable pet bed. I always prefer beds with zippers to avoid filling a landfill.In this case, I wanted the bed to be comfortable for the dogâs back. He has a very long, but short body.You can see from the video that he likes the bed but struggles to get comfortable because he cannot stretch fully.My plan is to purchase a longer bed. He is unable to curl like he did before the back surgery. The surgery was performed by a visit veterinarian at Sage in Round Rock Texas. This is not an ad. This is a fact. This dog acts as a therapeutic dog for a disabled family member. He is very good at his job. I do not believe he is replaceable. So I invest in him and all my pet friends.I highly recommend considering your petâs sleeping style. If this dog could curl, this bed would have been perfect for him. He spends most of his days sleeping stretched out on the bare floor because itâs temperature is cool and he can stretch out fully. He often uses this bed as a pillow as he sleeps on the floor. Itâs just the right softness and height for his head.As you see from the video, a longer bed would have given him the option to fully stretch his back.The seams in the bed are well construction. None of the pet claws have torn the fabric as they try to create a nest in the bed.A large long haired cat also enjoys the same bed and stretches out fully rolling side to side. I like that the bed does not pull pet hair like tape. I also like that the bed does not hold odor after a rain.Some pet beds are very warm which is great in the Winter but not so great in the summer. This bed seems to be okay until the outside temperature rises into the near 100 degree range. When the inside temperature warms, the dogs reject the bed and use the cooler bare floor.My plan is to purchase a longer vision of this bed.Keep in mind that the dogs did not like this bed for several days and would not use it. One cat used it immediately. So give the bed time to become part of the household smells. My dogs fluffed the bed themselves.My hope is that Iâve given enough information to help you make an informed purchase. The other furry bed seems to be too hot in the summer months.The next photo shows a Chihuahua- Bichon mix 23 inches from top of nose to base of tail using the same bed and the booster as a pillow. A truly GREAT dog bed!
My little Sami dog LOVES this dog bed! Itâs the perfect size for her ( sheâs 16 lbs of Cairn Terrier) Itâs big enough for her to stretch out in ( altho she does sort of drape over the sides ) but also the perfect size to snuggle into to stay warm & cozy when the nights are cold. Iâve had a couple of these over the last couple of years & they wash beautifully! I use scent free laundry soap, a little bit of Borax ( LOVE Borax to get stuff really clean) warm water & extra rinse , gentle cycle & then into the dryer on medium. Itâs literally as good as new even after 4 washes! And the price is beyond excellent for the size & quality of this dog bed! Iâve had LOTS of pet beds over the years & all of them have been expensive, but still poorly made. When it comes to pet beds, Iâve found that price is not necessarily indicative of quality & most of them have started falling apart after the first wash ( and I wash very carefully) These âJoeJoyâ dog beds are still firmly stuffed, the sides arenât caving in & there is still plenty of padding / stuffing on the bottom to be comfy. At this great price, I have 3.. one upstairs, one down & one on the front porch for hanging out in to visit with the neighbors.ð The bed arrives in a vacuum sealed plastic bag about the size of a large phone book ( do those even still exist?ð) Anyhoo⦠TRY THIS BED, you & your fur baby will be very happy you did!ð¾ ð¤ð¾ð¤ð¾ð©¶ð¾ð¤ð¾ð¤ð¾ð©¶

Perfect for small dogs (around 10lbs)
I have a small chihuahua, sheâs 8 lbs, and she loves her new bed. Itâs very thick, comfy, and cozy. I was able to put it in the washing machine when it needs cleaning on cold setting, and let it air dry multiple times. Itâs still in perfect condition. It also grips to the floor, preventing slipping.

Dog loves to chew this bed
its a very plush bed, I can throw it in the wash, the problem I have is my dog love to tear it to shreds and since the sides arent sewn as dividers, it needs to be resewn if I’m to wash it or all the fluff falls out. I have cat beds my dog sleeps on and they dont seem to encourage the dog to destroy as much as this one.Overall, its a good bed, if your dog is a chewer, or destructive, they will probably turn your room into a winter wonderland of fluff.

This dog bed is perfect! So ft sleeping surface and beautiful camel color suede/velvet-like outside fabric. Has a black bottom. Great color combo and great price!

Flimsy
I’m going to put this in the middle of the road for reviews. I like the size I like the material, but it’s super flimsy. It does not have enough stuffing to support itself. Kind of falls in the category of you get what you pay for.

Our Dog Loves her New Bed
The dog bed is exactly as described – great quality and works perfectly in our den for our pup to have a soft spot to relax. It did smell a little bit – but we just left it outside overnight and it aired out perfectly! Definitely excited about this purchase!

Nice bed
This bed is really soft and the color is great. It is not as fluffy and full as it appears in the picture. Itâs a little lumpy as you can see in the picture. These pictures were taken 24 hours after removing it from the packaging. Both of my dogs seem to like it though so Iâm keeping it. I bought the xxl.

Ordered this bed for my Labrador. Should have ordered a larger bed or X large bed. The medium was too small for her. She lays in it with her head on a pillow outside of the bed. It is a beautiful bed and very well made.
