Nice kennel
We have a larger Kennel for our aging Shiba Inu, but needed one that was a bit smaller for a long trip in the car. This one probably won’t get much use now that the trip is over, but it was easy to put together and kept him safe on the trip, giving him enough room to stretch out, but not so much that he could be walking around in it while the car was in motion. It appears to be made well. If the sizing fits your pet, we’d recommend based on build quality.

I bought this to catch a few stray cats so I could take them to be spayed/neutered and it worked great for me. I was able to put them through the doorway with ease (couldnât get them into a regular sized cat carrier). They kept spreading their legs out so, I needed a bigger doorway to avoid stressing them out (more than it was already did) and to avoid accidentally hurting them. It also worked out, because I had to keep them in there a couple days to recover and be safe. It gave them enough room to be comfortable. Itâs very big and awkward to carry, but it helped me help the kitties. Itâs nice and sturdy and very easy to assemble. I had to take it apart to clean it, but thatâs easy enough. It feel like itâs reasonably priced and I would purchase it again if I ever needed to.

It’s fine once you figure out the screws…
The long screws threw me off at first until I realized that you only put them in the smaller holes, not the four big ones. I have no clue what those larger holes are for unless they are for tie-down/securing in transit or something. The carrier works, but the quality is not the highest. And this thing is huge and rather heavy, much more than my nine-pound cat needs… That was my mistake, though.

Spacious
I purchased this kennel in order to trap a community cat. My medium sized cat kennel would have been too small for this large male cat. I was pleased with the quality and the size of this kennel. I would recommend it for anyone who has a larger cat that might be a little uncomfortable in the medium size kennels that are out there. I have also used it when fostering bottle baby puppies since it is spacious and would recommend it to others for that same reason

LITERALLY THE WORST PRODUCT OF ANY KIND I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.
Please fire whoever designed this product. It is truly the story of overcomplicating a solution to a small problem, and, in turn, creating a much BIGGER ONE. What I am talking about here is the crate assembly. It comes in two pieces of plastic. Now someone with common sense would have designed it to use some bolts, washers and nuts and accepted that maybe one in a million people would over tighten the washer, cracking the plastic. Instead of this cheaper, more sensible approach, they have decided to replace the good old nut and washer combo with plastic wing nuts. This solves the problem of over tightening and cracking, but due to poor quality control, leaves you with a wingnut that barely threads, and is sometimes even too short to create a good seal. In short, let common sense prevail and buy something from someone who isn’t trying to POORLY reinvent teh wield

Easy to put together, solid kennel.
My mom has been using Petmate (the Sky Kennel) since the 80s when she shipped her puppies across the country. So I thought of Petmate when I wanted to buy a travel crate/safe sleep spot for a fast growing husky mix puppy. We were able to use it for 4 months, and technically she can still get in it. We have a bigger petmate now for her though. It arrived quickly, no breakage, very easy to put together, solid rigid sides, and I like that it has the ‘squeeze’ door locking mechanism so smart doggies can’t undo it. I mean there is probably that one crazy genius dog who can undo it, but for the rest of the mere mortal dogs, they’re not going to be able to undo or get their teeth/tongue/paws on it. If they made one as huge as her bed kennel now–it’s like 48″x36″x36″ or something crazy like that,(she loves it, don’t worry), I’d buy it, but I don’t think they do. Anyway, I think for the medium dog up to 45lbs for travel, this is a great choice, quality crate. My 6 month husky mix @ 55lbs DOES NOT fit it in anymore (in the photo), if you need dog size comparison. In the photo you can see the crate next to an SUV tire, for another size comparison.

Misma marca que mi jaula anterior. Mis perros (los babies) son chiquitos y ahà duermen desde bebés. En las noches les dices âa la camitaâ y corren con emoción a meterse a su mini depa. A diferencia de la anterior, los broches son mucho más seguros porque traen tornillo. Los de antes eran sólo plástico. La reja trae un recubrimiento negro mate. Creo que ayudará a que no se oxide como la anterior. La anterior me duró 10 años. No la he usado para viajar en avión, sólo en coche, y sà es buena para el coche. Mis babies no extrañan la jaula vieja.
