Great for overall health and to know where your dogs is
This is not an invisible fence ! If youâre looking for an app that tells you overall where your dog is, can share with friends youâve come to the right place. After my momâs dog disappeared from my yard( I assume a coyote) I bought these for three of my dogs and my daughters dog . I now know where they are at all times, can do a party search if they were to get loose. I have had for about a year now and have progressively purchased more . I enjoy the stats and seeing how much the walked and sleep etc. there also is a social component where you can see other dogs upload pics and interact with a community. Better than instagram but still not for me. What I really love is it notifies me when my dog leaves a location and tells me who they left with if they also have the app installed! Game changer!! No more business trips and my husband or daughter lying to me about taking the dogs on a walk. B.S. I havenât received a notification and I can look at the history and see actually where the dog walked! App is simple and user friendly. The only thing I donât like is the collars come in standard colors and if you want different ones you have to go to third partyâs and they are expensive! I purchased the waterproof silicone type collars at 60$ each just to not have to buy different ones because of the price. But on the plus side customer service is amazing!! I called on a Sunday at 9am got threw right away and the person was so helpful I changed which dog would wear the device and they helped me move my subscription and pair with a new profile. Note this should be easier!! But overall great customer service and easy to share with family.

Multiple Safezonez, Not great Live Tracking, tries to sell you suppliments
Enabling LIVE TRACKING takes forever, if it ever connects at all. Once connected the live tracking isn’t Live so much as every minute.+ Being able to set up multiple safezones is a great feature.+ connects to phones so knows difference between a walk and escape+ easy chargingThe UI is pretty but difficult to navigate and shills” Health Suppliments”. Rude but easy enough to dismiss.Overall if you have a dog that travels a lot, it’s a great option. Just don’t rely on the live tracking being ‘Live’.

After only 3 days of use
Let me start by saying that I think the device and the app are both very easy to use and accurate, which I really appreciate. It provides an exact location of where my dog is, and that’s exactly what I need. However, Iâm disappointed with the quality of the collars. The first collar I received was faulty and didnât snap into the device properly, so I had to initiate a return. The second collar worked for a few days, but after just three days of use, it stopped holding securely and disconnects with even the slightest pressure. I didnât expect to have to deal with returns repeatedly, especially since I ordered through Amazon for convenience. The tracking device itself is great, but the collar it comes with is lacking. Iâll probably look for a replacement elsewhere.

This collar is a lifesaver. Literally!!
I just want to share our story. To start, we live in south west Oregon and we have a foot of snow right now. We purchased this collar for our dog Bodie. He is a three year old (tomorrow ð) male German Shepherd. Ever since he learned to walk, he has loved to wander. He has been to the pound, he has wandered off and been lost in the woods multiple times- the most recent time being five days.. so we decided to find him a tracking collar rather than thinking of rehoming him. We tried the invisible fence route and it didnât work. At all. So we bought the Fi series 3. It arrived in the mail yesterday and I charged it overnight and put it on him this morning. Let him out to go potty, 10 minutes later got a notification that had left the safe zone of our property. I immediately went outside and called him and he was gone. He traveled roughly 7 miles in 4.5-5 hours. He got four days worth of exercise! He crossed two small mountains and multiple creeks. And he also took his baby brother Red with him. Since we are snowed in, I had no choice but to just keep an eye on his location throughout the day and as soon as my husband got home from work, we loaded up and went up the mountain and weâre able to find them within 3-4 minutes of stopping at their last location and calling for them. We have a winter storm warning in effect for tonight and it is going to get down to 27°. If we had not found them today⦠I fear theyâd be dead. I will be highly recommending this collar to all of my friends and family. It saved their lives on day one.

More than disappointed!!!
I bought 2 of these collars and have never gotten over 7 days of battery life on either of them. There is no histogram of where the dogs have traveled. My dogs are LGDs and Iâd like to see their patrol patterns. Live tracking is almost useless as it never shows the accurate location of the dogs.

A must have for true peace of mind
Very pleased. The collar works great and provides extreme peace of mind. I live in a rural area and air tags just werenât reliable. My Belgian Mal has a tendency to chase coyotes that come onto our property back out through the holes they dig under our fence. He has always come back but the geofence and warning feature allows me to recall him immediately and keep him safe so he doesnât get ambushed by a pack. I bought this for the gps, but the ranking feature is very fun to monitor. I was so happy with the product that I got a second one for my other dog.
