Decent
Super easy to set up. Image quality not as good as expected. Lots of features and setting options. Tons of ads for cloud storage, but not required for use.

This is a decent quality, full-featured PTZ camera for a low price.
2/17/2025:This palm-sized camera is 2-5/8″ dia x 4-1/4″ tall and has a clean look. For a $16 camera, it is full featured to include auto recording of video or just a single snap shot of detected scene changes as well as moving targets. On top of the camera is a reset button and a SD card slot for local recording. The optional cloud based recording and playback costs $46.99/yr. When tracking target’s it appears to track the center of mass vs the head so if the person is too close, it would just record their torso area. When operating PTZ functions, there’s a ~1 sec delay from when you give it a command to when the motion starts/stops, but with a little practice, you can time the pan and tilt to where you need it. There’s 4 digital zoom positions (i.e. 1x, 2x, 4x, & 5 x). You can record up to 255 preset pan and tilt locations that you can automatically go to with one touch or create a cruise plan that either automatically scans 360° or sequentially scans through a sequence of presets you select. You can both listen as well as talk through the camera through your phone app. Talking through your phone to the camera speaker is sufficiently loud and clear enough to understand, but to listen through your phone, you need to be fairly close to the camera’s microphone as it was difficult to pickup voices/TV from across the room. You can view & record video w/ sound in either HD (i.e. 720) or FHD (i.e. 1080) which is noticeably sharper. For night time illumination, you can automatically or manually turn on either white light or IR lights. IR light isn’t [all] NIR, but rather a red LED. But low light sensitivity is decent even without the lights (i.e. you can see branches on distant trees against a cloudy night sky). It comes with a 58-1/2″ USB-C cable and a 5V, 1A power supply.

Requires membership to work
I should have read the reviews. Itâs a cute camera and upon plugging it in it did work and was ready to set up. But then I quickly found out it was going to require a membership to use. I didnât want to pay the $$ that was going to cost me. Some of you f may be able to figure out how to use with an sd card or whatever, but Iâm not savvy enough. LOL

Cool Camera
Since I am starting a pet sitting business this is handy to keep an eye on the pets. It uses the isee home app. The camera was pretty easy to set up as long as I had the Wi-Fi password in my phone already. Now the thing I didn’t expect was to need a storage plan. It’s best to order a TF card with it unless you intend to purchase a $49 per year subscription to the cloud. There is a $5 per month option if you don’t want to pay the whole full year in advance. This payment only keeps 7 days worth of recording on file though in the cloud. But if something were to happen and you knew before the seven days were up and reviewed your footage you would be happy to have it. There is motion detection mode where it sends you a notification right on your phone if it detects any motion. There’s also an alarm option which I thought the alarm would be on my phone if there was a problem in the room the camera was in. But the alarm actually is the camera beeping when it sees something. You also have an option to record your own alarm so you could make the camera say anything you want when it detects movement. I just left mine at the default which means the camera is going to beep every time it takes movement. But then I turned out to a feature totally off because I don’t want it to beep every time I move in my house. So for free you did get a screenshot when it detects the motion. But when you go to that screenshot it hasn’t advertisement saying turn the screenshot into a video with the subscription. It does do the 360° spin when it turns on, and it will follow human forms with its turning and twisting of the camera. I don’t really know about the quality but I do know it’s nice to have and I am thinking about putting it on a battery in my car since I have nothing better to do with it. Well basically I’m traveling hour two to my jobs caring for pets so I want to keep it in my car when I don’t need it in the homes I’m watching. If my customers really like the idea of having a video and it adds to my customer base then I have no problem paying the $49.99 or whatever it is. But at this point I’m not going to do since I haven’t tested it extensively in the field to see if it will increase my value to my customers.

Good Camera, App needs QOL Upgrades.
This is quite a decent camera especially when being used as a pet camera to help keep an eye on my doggo when I’m gone. Special bonus is that I can also use it for security purposes as well. The camera itself is quite decent in quality and functions well. The app is not too bad either, however it could use some QOL upgrades. The response times between the app and the camera aren’t too bad over my WiFi 6 network. Now, while you can get cloud storage, I personally recommend getting a tft card for recording. I’m using a 64gb.All in all, the camera is decent in picture quality, has some good sound pickup but a little quiet on the speaker. I’m quite satisfied with this camera and it does it’s job well. The only thing I kinda wish is that this had an internal battery so if my power ever goes out, it can keep operational. Other than that, I recommend this camera for those seeking some security and peace of mind when away.
