My wife asked me to order this because our young pup has some separation anxiety when sheâs away.She wanted to see how he was managing and what he was doing while alone, and this camera does exactly what we need when placed in the right spot. Itâs been reassuring for my wife to check in and see our pup calmly resting, which has really helped with her peace of mind.The installation is straightforwardâjust download the app and add the device. Like similar devices, it responds to a wake-up command. In this case, you say ‘Hello Kuka’ and wait for the response, ‘Hi.’ The video quality is clear, and the two-way audio lets us talk to our pup, which seems to soothe him when heâs anxious. Not really a security camera with an extra screen
I obtained this to help me see things that I may otherwise miss. I spend a lot of time in a building with limited sight of view. I was hoping that this would level the field a bit and allow me to see beyond my normal limits. I assumed that I could look at the built in screen while it was my eye in the sky. Well, it didnt work that way. The automatic tracking is a good feature but, it only tracks left and right. It stays at the level that you manually set it to. I needed something that would do this on its own and so far, I have not been able to make it do so. Automatic mode does work well so that dark images rely on infrared and light images do not. The sound quality is also good, actually very good for video calls…Overall, its a decent 2 way video calling device. The security part is where I was less impressed. I already have a 2 lens PTZ camera that does 360 tracking and I will probably just buy another one of them for my security needs.

Great camera
We finally put our son in his own bedroom, and I thought it would be nice to have a camera to check up on him when I need to (im clingy still, lol). This camera is actually really good, and I love the quality. I love the app where you can maneuver the camera back-and-forth and you can share the app so family members can either video call through the camera or even voice call. I can even check the camera when Iâm away from home with ease. Although I donât use the cameras cloud storage because I dont need to record anything but I would recommend anyone that needs a camera for monitoring their kids or pets!

Funciona muy bien, la cámara gira y puede captar todos los objetos alrededor, también manualmente puedes mover la cámara mientras haces llamada. Funciona con wifi. Para su instalación debes descargar la aplicación Im cam en tu teléfono, y fue fácil de instalar. Es genial para la comunicación, por ejemplo mientras estoy cocinando y alguien me llama, puedo tener las manos libres para seguir cocinado mientras estoy hablado. Además, con esta cámara podrás vigilar tu casa como cámara de seguridad mientras estás en el trabajo. Para la seguridad y supervisión de los niños también es excelente.Si quieres más funciones como guardar videos grabados, entonces se debe pagar una cuota de membresÃa.La recomiendo mucho, de hecho pienso comprar una para mis padres.

Stopped working after the first 15 minutes
This product seemed like it would be a very nice camera, however, after initially setting up with no problems, the device stopped working. It disconnected from Wi-fi and Bluetooth and we were unable to correct the problem even after resetting the camera and troubleshooting. The screen has been stuck on the Welcome page ever since. We were not provided contact info for customer service and gave up after 5 days of dealing with the same issue. When we went to delete our account in the app, we had to âApply for Cancellation,â however, after making the selection, it did not confirm or change anything, just stuck on the same screen. We are now worried about our personal security. We deleted the apps from our phones. Sending this product back.

I recently ordered this 4MP two-way voice/video camera, and it works really well. Good little puppy cam
We wanted a baby cam for our three Maltese so we could look in on them when we go out and they can see us on the little screen. I like the tracking that follows them around. It was pretty easy to set up and connect to the wifi and phone. Our youngest loves to sit and stare at it like itâs a television.

inadequate feature design.
I am not satisfied with this product and would not recommend it.1. The image quality on the screen is okayish, not as clear as a video call on a phone.2. The background on the monitor is preset, and would be able to change.3. privacy concern: it has voice wakeup control and can’t be turned off, so it’s constantly listening any sound in the room, not to say it wakes up a few times when we were talking something else. No matter we turn it on or off line, the camera seems like working all the time. (my another monitor would turn the camera down to hide the lens.)4. It can be turning around 360 degrees, but not much up and down, so when we placed it on the desk, I won’t be able to see my it when they are sitting on the floor.

I’ve been using this to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m not home, as one of my dogs has recently became very nervous. This camera has been perfect for that, and the fact that it is a two way operation is amazing! I connect via my phone whilst out and if I can speak to my dogs through it. They were extremely confused for days, but I managed to teach them to recognise the screen – it helped that I also lowered it down more so it was more on their level. This has helped me keep an eye on my dogs and attempt to calm them down whilst I’m out. We’ve also used it to communicate with people who are in the house whilst out, as the app makes it very easy, it’s as easy as doing a call.

While this is touted as indoor security, thatâs not really its purpose. It will allow you to look in in another room, for example a childâs bedroom, the camera is going to be visible, so hardly a security device. It is, however great for video calls, the app is good and can be shared if required, and the screen is excellent.

I installed this in my living room to check what my dogs are doing when I am not at home and he also can see me because this is a two way camera and it has many functions, such as alarm, voice wake up and 4MP high resolution. This has a 4.3-inch screen on it as well.

AVOID – Cheap crap with poor video quality and a poor app – AVOIDOrdered as a product reviewer and i wish i had not, this has to be one of the worst cameras i have tested and the screen is absolutely pointless.Video feed via an iPhone pro max is terrible, with a ruler 30cm form the camera on the HD setting you can clearly see the image is badly pixelated so this is not a 4mp camera at all, i have years old wb cams with better quality, the night vision is however surprisingly good at capturing in pitch black but again still low quality.The camera control in the app is a pain, you need to toggle a PTZ switch in the app to bring up a screen joystick, other cameras you can do this right on the video feed anywhere on the screen without having to activate the function.The device has had to be reset 4 times already for not re-connecting within the app, i have ran an update that seemed to be a false update and the app itself is very buggy and constantly loses connection to the camera, have tried this on a android tablet also… same issue. the advanced functions while they would be nice do not work, tracking of a person fails, you go to change the wallpaper and it fails so stuck with the girl on the screen on a few occasions the pan and tilt has stopped working.Calling the device is hit and miss both ways, pressing and holding button one for 3 seconds calls the last caller, this only works 1 out of god knows how many attempts.The screen is just a screen no other function than time and to provide 2 way video call feeds, voice control is also very poor, you start by saying “Hello Kula” and that’s it does not listen to other instructions even if said right after the evoking name is said. again this only listens to the wake up word when it wants.My advice is to AVOID and not waste your money.
Reconciliation –
I would call this a security camera, more a monitoring camera. The idea for us is since we only have one phone between us, to use this when we arenât together.The set up was relatively easy, and it all works through an app. As yet my husband hasnât been out to call the motor to see if it will connect as it says.It does need a memory card and there is a list of acceptable makes in the leaflet provided. I personally donât like the idea of being watched, however since I am increasingly unsteady on my feet and in need of alot of daily for even the simplest of task this is potentially going to make life alot easier.
