RUNS VERY SMALL
I have a minpin that wears a size medium. Her mediums are a little loose but they are comfortable for her when playing with our other dog. These mediums dresses were so tight I could not even get them on her. However the colors were great and they were well made. I loved the material – it was a perfect weight and nice and soft. I just returned them for a full refund as the large measures up only 1 1/2 inches and not sure if that is enough as the material does not stretch. I gave it 3 stars as they are well made, nice colors, very cute and a great price.

SIZE LARGE – 18 pound DachshundThey do run small. After reading reviews and the sizing chart, I ordered the large. My Dachshund usually wears a medium in almost all dog clothing.The large fits her perfectly.
