Dogs refuse to use it. Doesn’t seem all that sturdy. I pinched my finger setting it up. Thank goodness I was able to get it back opened fast. When using full height, itâs too steep

Poor quality
2 of the steps weren’t properly connected. They are just stapled, so not a strong bond. My dog won’t use it but I probably bought a too small of one for her, So I’ll take the hit on that. Still its pretty wobbly and not sturdy. I would not recommend.
