   My puppy loves these
   We get a used plastic bottle, put something that rattles inside and then put the bottle in these toys. Our 9 month old puppy absolutely loves tossing them and having a tug of war. Eventually their tail gets shredded but they hold up pretty well for the price.

   Good buy- sturdy for big dogs who love to chew apart toys.
   My retriever loves this duck toy! As soon as I put a plastic bottle inside, he was all over it, crunching away, and it kept him entertained. The first one got shredded in about 15 minutes (he’s a strong chewer), but the seller was fantastic—super responsive and sent out a replacement right away! The new one is much sturdier and has actually held up, even with his endless “enthusiasm”. I love that it doesn’t have stuffing, so there’s no mess when he finally does wear it down. The squeakers in the head and tail are a bonus and keep him extra entertained. Highly recommend for dog parents, especially if your pup loves a good crunch sound!

   Great for cats who eat normal cat toys
   Our 6-month old kittens can’t have regular cat toys because they chew through and eat the strings/whiskers/tails; even the mylar balls get shredded and ingested. Our dog passed away recently so I gave them some of her old toys and found that they really like this small squirrel. I ordered another one for the kittens. They don’t try to eat the squeakers like a dog would do. They can’t even use the squeakers, though they do get excited if I squeeze them. Instead, they tear at the tail and head, trying to pull out the stitches and the faux fur. I would be worried if this toy had stuffing, but it doesn’t. The faux fur is short so it’s harder for them to yank out, and since it’s a dog toy it’s pretty well made and more resistant to tiny needle-sharp cat claws and teeth. Both kitties will run around with this squirrel hanging out of their mouths, even though it’s pretty big for them. It looks very realistic, like a dead animal. It gets drowned in their water bowl from time to time. They love chasing it, murdering it, and trying to disembowel it. I love that no matter how hard they try, they can’t eat it. I will be ordering more.

   They seem to be well stitched. After one day everything is still intact . Instead of using a plastic bottle in the body, I used the crinkly packing package it came in. He’s been having loads of fun squeaking, crinkling and tossing it around. Time will tell.

   We bought these for my dog when he was a puppy. They are still in great shape and played with almost daily, although the squeakers don’t work (which I am quite happy about LOL).

    We have 3 dogs, 3 different sizes….love these because there is not stuffing, the hold up well in a tug of war and the are not too loud when sqeaking….our babies really love them
