Not only do I approve highly of these treats for my dog, my dog (Chihuahua) absolutely LOVES 😍 them!!! Right from the crinkle of the bag she’s excited for the treats, however it’s the aroma of the fresh ingredients (Liver) that gets her extremely excited!! My dog is old with little to no teeth and that’s why I chose these treats for her; they’re not only very soft and chewy, they’re small in size easy for her to enjoy. Best of it all they are only 3 kcals each.

Can be broken into smaller pieces.
I have an 11 pound dog and needs small treats to use as rewards. These are great. I used to have big dogs and the size they come in would be perfect for my bigger dogs, but I can tear them into smaller pieces for my little dog. The dogs are very excited to receive them.

Both dogs love these tricky trainers and they have really helped with training.

Don’t let your husband eat the whole bag.
Do you love your puppy (I don’t care how old your furbaby is, they’re puppies forever)?Do you care about what goes in his/her tummy?Do you want your puppy’s full attention like never before? If you answered yes to any one of those three questions (hell, even if you said yes to just one of them), then BUY THESE TREATS.First off, from when you rip off the top and open that bag for the first time, be prepared for that meaty, cheesy smell to explode in your face. Seriously, sit down before you open this bag or it might just knock you right on your ass. I had to fight my husband off so that he wouldn’t just dig in and eat the entire bag (he did try one, though, like he does with all of the treats that we buy for our babies, just to see first-hand what we’re feeding them).Secondly, the puppies will smell these things from 2 miles down the road, underwater, with muzzles on. Be prepared for their sudden madness. And lastly (but most importantly, for me, as their mommy), these aren’t chock full of nasty additives or harmful chemicals like many other treats are. We try to get the best for our babies, including fresh raw meat from time to time as well as fruits and vegetables and such, so we try to be good about treats, too.As a BONUS: these things are smooth and dry on the outside, but moist and chewy on the inside. Great for the pups, awesome for non-sticky hands and fingers after training sessions. These aren’t the cheap, by the bulk treats that some people may prefer to buy to be frugal, but in our book, they’re worth every cent.If my review has helped you in any way, please let me know, or hit “Yes” under this review. Thank you! 🙂

My dog likes these but prefers Dingos. These are better for her.
My Yorkie is in a constant state of training. She’s nearly 6 years old but she loves to learn new things plus she loves snacks. She’s picky though and shuns so many treats that I buy her. I decided to give these Cloud Star Tricky Trainers a try. They have good ingredients in them, are small and chewy, and are made in the USA. Molly likes them. At first she ignored them preferring her usual Dingo Training Treats. But when she realized she wasn’t getting those, she gave these a try. And now she is a fan. The size is perfect for her because she is so little and she is a huge fan of chewy treats as opposed to biscuits and such. These are more expensive than Dingo and Zukes, both of which I have purchased a number of times, but they have better ingredients so I guess you get what you pay for. Although Molly eats these treats, she still does prefer Dingos. I gave her a choice and it was no contest. When I run out of Dingos, I won’t replace them and my dog will forget all about the Dingos she loves. I think I will stick with these for the health of my dog. They are pricey though and I hope they don’t get pricier!

My dogs love these, so do I
My dogs all seriously LOVE these treats, specifically the salmon flavor. Definitely would put them in the high value treat category. I also like them (although I have no idea how they taste–trusting the dogs’ rating on the flavor!) because they’re small, and the texture is perfect so I can actually break them in half without losing too many crumbs and I get double the count for my 12 lb dog.I also discovered you can squish the treats in the salmon flavor around small pills (two treats on each side of the pill if it’s a little larger). And at only 3 calories each, I don’t have to reduce their regular food when we use them for a training session. Note, we’ve only tried the salmon and liver flavors and they love both, but I don’t like the liver flavor because the texture is a little drier and they fall to crumbles when I try to halve them.

    Dog loves these
I purchased one bag of these to test on my cyclically fussy dog. I have a Chihuahua who has been going through months of medication, which has been hard on him. He’s needed lots of treats and reinforcements to reward him for unpleasant treatments. These are perfect! He absolutely loves them. They are a small size, but the stability allows me to cut them into 4 pieces. These tiny pieces have to be cut at the time needed because they will fall apart in a pocket. Additionally, the consistency, while soft, has the ability to be crumbled into a powder. This can be sprinkled on food, folded into cheese, added to a touch of peanut butter. I needed all these options to enclose pills and these are the ONLY thing that he’s consistently willing to eat. I find the smell unpleasant, but my dog disagrees!I’m going to order several bags this time.

I have a senior dog and a puppy who both love these. Great for puppy training

  9. Amazon Customer

These have been great for training as we have considered them high value treats because she absolutely loves these treats versus others we have used.

  10. Chris Jackson

My dog loves these and I usually buy from a pet shop, don’t order on line, price was double for half the amount. Not impressed, who gets the extra $10? Amazon or Cloud Star Corp. Not the best way to keep customers.

  11. Cliente Amazon
