Unfortunately, the hardware used is very low quality. The collar is adorable but unusable and unsafe. The clasp came open while I was resizing, not even during a walk. Possible I received a lemon but due to the obvious low quality hardware will not be seeking a replacement, but rather a refund. If the hardware is upgraded, I would definitely reorder.
