Quality is subpar but customer service is above
Took hours and hours to put together. And sadly one of the doors was a jar, tried putting it in and off and adjusting multiple times as did my friend. It was off in structure. Sad day :/ not only that but the hinges were all off. They sent me one set of matte hinges and one set of shiny. Which bothers me. At least they were all black. To get the hinges to shut you had to push so unbelievably hard down on them to get it to shut it was not worth it. No idea why thatâs like that- they did not go together. The size was great for my German short hair pointer. It looked so great in my apartment better than the plastic kennel. Love the drawers as well. The customer service was outstanding! They refunded me entirely for the product anyway were very kind and helpful. Thatâs why they get three stars. For the customer service.

Too small, not easily assembled, go with something else
This was smaller than expected but I received excellent customer service and they made it right. I really appreciate that. Overall my dog likes it and it looks much nicer than a wire crate! It does take a while to put together but directions are clear

It works
Itâll do for now, it was easy to build, but wasnât super impressed with the particle board. Majority of the screw holes have fallen out which lead to the latch breaking (our first night with a nine pound puppyâ¦).

Love this kennel
If your dog is crate-trained, or likes to sit with you, these pieces of furniture are perfect! I put it next to the desk in my office, with the dog lying under it, and the upper drawer as well as the desk top where I can put my office supplies. It keeps my dog close without taking up my work space. I added a pillow and blanket to make him comfortable and my dog loves it!

Putting it together wasnât difficult, just a bit time-consuming. The quality is excellentâitâs heavy and feels very sturdy. The drawers are well-designed and provide ample storage space. The tabletop is strong and can support a good amount of weight. It has a premium look and doesnât give off the vibe of low-cost furniture. Overall, itâs a well-made piece that seems like it will hold up well over time.
