Great fit- new puppy comfortable for hours!
This carrier backpack is my favorite purchase of 2024. I recently got a puppy who unfortunately broke her front right leg. Due to her break, she cannot freely roam around without close supervision via keeping her on a leash. Keeping a puppy on a leash while trying to do anything around the house is not for the faint of heart. Using this front carrier backpack was my solution! I can now be hands-free and get housework completed, while carrying along my sweet little baby. There are several adjustable straps which help find a comfortable fit for both me and my boyfriend. And there’s even a little hole in the bottom of the backpack to accommodate for her tail!!! The price is also great. I’d recommend purchasing this for your dog if you want them to accompany you anywhere you go! I’d imagine it would also be great for traveling as well. Hope this review helps!

Tough sizing
Bought the medium… Too big. Bought the small, too small. So ended up using parts from medium to make the small work. Sturdy, good design. Dog really sits quietly in it.

Some Issues
It is challenging to get a dog that is near the 30 pound weight into the harness and then to get it onto your body. Also, we found that after about 10-15 minutes the weight of the dog became very tiring to carry around. It does appear to be substantial and a good quality. Perhaps a 10 to 15 pound dog would be best.

Returned
It is cute but the openings are quite large. I feared my 9# mini poodle would slip out. But it is a cute little sling.

Returned
I ordered a Large for my stout 33 pound French Bulldog. I liked the quality of the backpack and it was easy enough to get him into it. I feel the size chart is as accurate as it can be. My dog was just a little too top heavy for the backpack, so I had to return it, regretfully. This company is very good to deal with. They reached out to me to understand what was wrong with their product and if there was anything they could do to improve it. It’s nice to deal with people who care and are passionate about what they are selling!

Perfect!
I got this for my yorkie of 14 years because she gets more easily tired on our daily walks. She is 5.5lbs, the size small fits her perfect with some room. She looks super comfy. It seems to be of very good quality.

Dog front carrier. This was on sale for £35.89 when I got it. Itâs a good size for the dog to fit into, though a little bit of a challenge trying to get a Jack Russell into it. The lower strap that goes around your waist isnât big enough for me or the wife, might need to see about trying to get it extended somehow.Itâs a bit tricky getting the dog into it, trying to get their legs down into the leg holes and getting the tail through the tail hole, but once managed, the dog sat comfortably. She suffers with sore paws and usually sits on the wifeâs knee in her powered wheelchair, but this would be better for carrying her around. It is well made, just needs a longer waist strap for my liking.

This feels like an item full of potential which is just a bit awkward to use. First, it is very well made. Good heavy materials, well stitched, certainly strong enough to last a while through regular use. The straps are adjustable to suit the wearer’s body giving flexibility. Over the shoulders the straps are wide enough to spread load, without restricting movement or rubbing on the wearer’s neck.So far I’ve had limited practice with this. For now, our dog is small enough that the front of the sling is too close to her neck for real comfort, but the smaller size wouldn’t fit. This will be better when she hits full grown. The harness has two straps intended to fix around the wearer’s body. One at waist level and the second behind the shoulder blades. Whilst the waist strap is easy to use, the upper one (which is needed to stop the shoulder straps spreading and slipping down) is really impossible by yourself. My sincere and genuine congratulations to anyone who says they’ve manged on their own.I also reckon getting your dog into the sling is much, much easier as a 2 person deal. One person puts on the sling, their partner then clips them up round the back, and the partner then slips the dog into the sling from in front.Overall- really well made. Good adjustment for the wearer’s comfort, but problematic placement of the upper securing strap behind the shoulder blades (why not a long strap on one side, which comes right round and clips together on the body of the sling??) Definitely easier for 2 people to use. A shame there’s no adjustment to suit the length of your dog’s body, which determines where her neck sits in relation to the front of the sling, very important for comfort.

Puppies or small dogs can very well fit on this body carrier. Straps are secure and comfortable, it is adjustable around the body of the wearer and the puppy, can fit up to 12kg. It is durable, good material, wonât easily tear, excellent workmanship for a pet carrier, great design and can be used front or back.

The problem with this is the buckles on the backYou cannot reach them to buckle unless someone helps youFor this i have marked it down 2 starsIf the buckles were more round the front i would give it 5 starsGood things are it is well madeThe stitching is nice heavy duty double stitch so it wont fall apart after a few usesThe straps over the shoulder ae also wide and padded so they dont dig into the shouldersThe only thing is getting the dog in the thingmy dog was wondering what was happpening lol and was a bit scaredafter a couple of times going in he was ok thoughPlease get the buckles round the front for ease of use

Now for the not-so-good bits. While the straps are adjustable, they could do with a bit more padding, especially on the shoulders. After a longer hike, they start to dig in a bit. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. Also, while Winston is a small dog, he’s at the upper end of the size range for this particular carrier. It just fits him. If he were any bigger, I reckon it would be a squeeze. So, if your dog is on the larger side of “small,” you might want to size up.Another minor point is that there aren’t many pockets. There’s a mesh pocket, which would be okay for storing things, but another would be nice. All in all, it’s a decent bit of kit. It’s made getting out and about with Winston much easier, and he seems to genuinely enjoy it. It’s not perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons. It’s sturdy, the design is mostly well-thought-out, and it’s been a real help for our little adventures. Just be mindful of the sizing and maybe consider adding some extra padding to the straps if you’re planning on longer treks.
