What a wonderful kennel, and outstanding customer support!
Absolutely love this kennel! Additionally I bought the top. My ItalianGreyhound loves her kennel. Easily put together , easy to keep clean, is built sturdy and is just the right size for her. Wonderful customer support.I will share , should anyone ask..if you add the top as I did , your access then becomes at the ends. I am so very thankful this is the kennel I chose. Truly a functional home for our girl!

Awesome product
Pleasantly surprised how easy this was to put together and very sturdy. The only thing I didnât like was the trim under the gate. The puppy would need to jump it to get out of the playpen. So I flipped the entry gate upside down and it screwed in fine so now the dog can just walk out without having to jump 3 inches of trim. But overall looks great and feels super secure .. Iâm happy! 🙂

Nice design, well-made, solid playpen, but the caged top that goes with this playpen you will not be able to use it with the door on the 55 inch side without some type of alteration to the original design would love to order some additional panels if I can get in contact with customer service

I have to agree with N Ryson. The pen itself is sturdy and was fairly easy to put together without instructions included. I purchased this particular item because it was cute and would go with home decor. I am actually using it to quarantine a sick cat. This has room to move about and room for all her necessities and I could have the door in the front instead of the end. I purchased the top as well to keep her from jumping out. But that forced me to have the door on the end. All that would need to be done is have the drilled holes in all panels. If there is the choice of door placement, the top should be able to fit either way. I had to improvise for the top part to make it work for me. So partially disappointed that the pieces don’t fully work together but am happy with the pen itself.

Great crate!
This is a very sturdy crate, and I love that it doesnât have a top. We were having trouble with our dog becoming quite territorial in his crate because it was covered and he guarded his toys inside. He was randomly growling at us if we approached his crate or tried to reach in it.anytime With this open top crate he isnât so protective of his space and he really loves going into it at night to go to sleep. It was easy to assemble and I love the fact that it can be adjusted to a variety of sizes quickly.

Zero Stars…..The dog pen seems to be made of sturdy materials.But the packaging was opened prior to delivery and there was no hardware with the the frame.So I can’t give an honest opinion until I can put it together.For now I need to buy a cheap plastic pen to use temporarily until I can get this resolved or returned.Very, very disappointed…The amount I paid, and time I had to wait for the delivery of this pen…Which is currently useless….If I could give it zero stars I would have…
