Amazing quality
Iâve used Faleemi products in my home for years but it was time for an upgrade. The image and sound quality is fantastic and much improved over past models. Please Do Not Torture Yourself
Boy, I wasted 2 hours of my life on this thing. REALLY hard to set up and connect, you better be good at this type of thing to figure it out yourself …and I am REALLY good at this. FINALLY got it to connect only to find out it has the WORSE audio recording quality I have ever heard. Mr Robato…I tried for a long time trying to get a good balance ..and then, the audio recording just stopped all together. So after 2 hours of screwing with this thing I said the heck with it. I will say picture was goo, but thats it, if you need audio, move on. And i will say this is a problem with a lot of these cameras.

Outstanding Product…Amazing Customer Service *****
I purchased the Faleemi cameras because I have a 97 year old mother who I need to keep an eye on.When I received the cameras I was overwhelmed by the technology involved. I called Emily at customer to service and even though we are 12 hours apart she called me back to discuss how to operate them. She is a kind helpful and delightful person. The company is outstanding in their customer service. When I originally emailed them and they didn’t hear back, they followed up to make sure I was ok.The set up is really easy after I had Emily explain, however, the instructions were easy too. They are very easy to set up and they work wonderfully. If anyone is hesitant, please dont be. The cameras work nicely and the company stands by their product. Great quality for the price
It’s been about a month since I got this camera and it’s been working great. Set up was easy to follow, connected fine, my memory card quickly formatted through the app, camera seems to maintain connection well (depending on my wifi), the sound is great on both ends, the picture clarity is great, and motion detection is fantastic. It’s pretty sensitive so it’s kind of entertaining to watch it track stuff outside while I’m drinking my morning coffee lol still not sure if it’s where I want it, but I like that I can keep an eye on the front door, family room, dining room, and even watch outside since it turns all the way around. Obviously not the best quality through our old windows but I still love it. I like that there’s options for different alerts (human, pet, car), the positions are easy to set, it’s easy to control the movement. Only downside in my opinion and maybe it’s just me but I’m still figuring out the replays. I can get to them just fine but I think watching them could be smoother than having it all on one timeline to scroll through that is separate from the little alerts with images.
