Works really well but app is dumb
Iâve used a few different types of these, and this is the best for overall function and ease of maintenance. The only thing really dumb is the app âfeatureâ to monitor how often your cat drinks. So every time anyone walks past the bowl, human, cat, etcâ¦, even with sensitivity set low, it detects motion, turns on the fountain, and registers this as the cat drinking water. So this feature is an advertising gimmick that is stupid and entirely useless. The product works great on its own and doesnât need these fake âfeaturesâ. I recommend it for a great cat water fountain, just ignore the useless app features.

Finally a pumpless fountain that includes a non stop function
After my Elfin fountain broke after 9 months, I was searching for something with a similar setup, but the other one always stopped when they were mid drinking. I was looking for something that would run continously when used while plugged in. This fit the bill.I don’t plan on using the tracking too much, I have multiple cats and multiple fountains so it’s not that helpful, but hooking it to the wifi was super easy and low water alerts will be helpful. I replaced the rubber outlet with the taller one from the elfin because they liked it so much, and it fits perfectly.

The Customer Service did Not reply to my request for assistance.I gave 3 Stars because the item is attractive and water is Running in machineâ¦.wifi does not connect.I have several items on WiFi in my houseâ¦issue is not on my end.

Doesn’t stand behind product
The unit quit connecting to the internet. Contacted support multiple times and they don’t stand behind their product or warranty. I live the quietness and the durability of the product. But if the company won’t stand behind it, what good is it.
