Solid product
Sometimes, the frame rate is choppy but customer service got back to me and after changing the video feed to “smooth” in the bottom right, the video feed isn’t too bad. The setup process was very straightforward and simple and despite the hardware limitations, the software seems well developed with no major bugs.

Product works wonders, have to give 1 star because for the past week Iâve been trying to contact them to get a replacement charging station and their support constantly is giving the runaround.

Soâ¦video for device shows all it can doâ¦items are separateâ¦treat dispenserâ¦ball thingâ¦feather thing. I love it my pets love itâ¦gives me connection on long work days. Iâve trained them to come when âsheâsâ active and I drop treats and talk to themâ¦.fair warning the dogs have figured out how to violate her for the food booty so training has had to be done.

Before I say all the good stuff, let me first say it is not cheap. That aside, it is a must have if you have pets. It comes with a storage module that does not dispense anything, but you can take the lid off and put toys or treats in it.The interface is easy to use and took us a while to figure out you can touch the video and make it full screen with different controls. It came with a small charge, so we were able to try it out immediately. At first, the dog was a little afraid of it, but she eventually became comfortable with it.There are automatic play functions you can use that will make it wag, do circles, figure 8 or a straight line. The speaker is clear and easy to hear the voices through it. It charges quickly and was able to easily find the charging station with the function in the app that automatically goes to the charger. As you can hear in the video, it says it is going home.We had a lot of fun with this and as the dog gets more comfortable around it, it will provide a huge benefit.When you first set it up, if you donât enter in the correct WiFi information, the robot will say oops and not finish the setup when holding the QR code on the phone in front of the robot.

Like candy stripe gum…fun at first, but a total let down in short time.
It worked great at first, but later on that first day it glitched and I have been unable to get it to connect since. It’s basically just an expensive hunk of plastic. I do not recommend
