I bought this based on reviews and Iâm happy with it but I assumed based on the product photo that it was filled by lifting the top of the tank. I was wrong but still happy with the size and sturdiness of the bowl and ease of assembly and use.

Nice but bowl doesn’t fill up
I have 3 small dogs @15 lbs. this bowl is the perfect size. I like the sleek design and it came with a cleaning brush. Some of the reviews I read stated that it doesn’t let much water out into the bowl and that is true. Not really a big deal but it’s odd. The bowl should be almost full in my opinion.

Pretty good but use a backup for Food
The food gets stuck dropping into the bowl for my cats. This is fine when I am home but I will have to leave other food if I am away. The water works great but its very very shallow in the bowl. The cats do not seem to mind. They eat and drink from it fine. Its not perfect but it will do for now.

Long lasting!
My dog drinks a ton of water and his small bowl was constantly running out and weâd have to refill about every 2-4hours. I bought this thinking it would at least last longer than that and it did so much better than we expected! We filled it originally on a Sunday afternoon and didnât have to change it until Friday night! For reference my baby is a 30 pound, 8 month old french bulldog. It was fairly easy to fill and clean. Itâs such a relief to not always have to be up and down checking his water. Love this so far!

I purchased the food and water dispenser when we went on vacation for a week I was hesitant to leave my cats however this was a wonderful great purchase it did the job didn’t need anyone there or didn’t run out of food worked well we still use it today

Water doesnât flow freely
Not our first rodeo with this type of water dispenser. Love them but this one doesnât keep the bowl full of water or even half full. Set the thing up and a couple of days later the bowl was bone dry yet the container of water was full. Have tried to figure out the problem but just doesnât work.

Would give this five stars if I didn’t get one that got rust dots after only one month of use. I also don’t know how to reach the seller to maybe get a replacement piece.Other than that, It’s easy to assemble, clean and refill. Love the concept of the aluminum water container to avoid bacteria buildup. Didn’t realize it would rust though…

I love love love this for my cats!I have 3 cats, one of them always tip over the bowl, so I had a plastic no-spilling bowl. It worked, but they didnât drink water much and the water was always sooo dirty. Also it was getting very used, and it was hard to clean.This is the exact contrary! I am never scared of them running out of good water bc of the genius filter inside so the water is always clean and bc it is a big bottle. I never saw dirt float in it, so I donât waste water each time I have to clean the bowl. Itâs steel so itâs the best for everyday drinking. Itâs so easy to clean too, I just take out the bottle and wash the bowl that you can easily take out too. I also wash the water bottle cap bc it get slimy a little, I do it each 3 days. Bits of food get into the bowl but not in the water so I but more water in it when I need to. Also you can clearly see how much your cats drink water, and since they drink so much more. And you know how itâs important for their health!!Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem of tipping the water over, but I juste tape it on my desk as you can see on the picture. Itâs kinda heavy so it only happened one or two times, but with the tape itâs all good.So I really much recommend!! Itâs so easy to clean, waste less water and you are never scared of running out.
