Bought NEW But Received USED – Overall Good
UPDATE: (04/23/24) Seller reached out and extending their assistance. They went above and beyond to make my situation right. Will recommend!–I’ve seen the same exact ‘pet cam’ with different brands trying to sell them for $99-$149. So, when I spotted this one for $60 I decided to give it a try.–After lots of SA conditioning, I am now able to leave for longer periods of time. Our pup is starting to realize it’s not all bad hanging out at the house by himself. I want to reward those moments where he is doing good and can distract himself.–After a delayed shipment/arrival, I finally got my pet camera. Super excited, I unboxed it, but only to find that I received a used product.–Tape sealed was broken and the bags each part/accessory came with was already ripped open. Not only that, but visible marking on camera shell and food remains also found inside the food container. This is extremely disappointing, when you buy something new, you kind of expect a brand new item… Shame on them.–The app and most it’s features are free and performance of camera and app is user friendly and easy to use and understand. I didn’t (or have yet) run into any connection issues (T-Mobile) so the connectivity is good. The size is good, not big and not small, can sit nicely on bookshelf and fit quite a bit of treats inside.–Overall the value for money is good, bought @ $60, but might look at other brands selling the same model if it’s more than that.–3 âââ due to delayed shipping/receiving and also being used. If seller wants to make it right and send new product or offer the difference paid, another star would be added.

My puppies love to get those tasty treats even when I canât be at home. Great way to check up on them. Only gave it four stars because I donât love the app thatâs needed to utilize the camera. It could be more user friendly.

I wanted to love it
I got this a week ago to keep an eye on my dog and reward her while I was away from home. After only a week of owning it, it has a piercing squeak when the base swivels. You unfortunately get what you pay for and there’s a reason why it’s so cheap.The app is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Nonstop push notifications, ambiguous settings, hard to use, loses connection constantly, and lots of other problems I’ve experienced. It was enticing to hear from other reviews that there’s no subscription, but there is for certain features. Most are free, and for my uses I didn’t feel the need of purchasing it, but there is one.After a week of using it, my dog’s gotten used to it, but I’m sadly going to return it. I can’t imagine it holding up longer than a month with how much it’s already worn down.

Camera good. Treats gooder.
Got this mostly for the camera, to keep an eye on our kitties while out of town. The ability to shoot out treats was a bonus. Before sending the treats, it makes a decently loud chime, which scared the dog at first, but now all three animals (two cats and one dog) gather round when they know the treats are about to shoot out. Itâs also a good thing that it comes with a suction cup base, because my Maine Coon was very interested in knocking it over to get to the treat compartment. Two months later, itâs still standing sturdy with no breaches yet. Camera quality is good, even in the dark. Super glad I got this!

Microphone and Speakers could be better
This is a pretty good knockoff/less expensive version of a Furbo and does almost all of the same things. But,the sound quality of the speaker and microphone are distorted and clip at any level you set them. The treat distribution was great and the app works well with the device. The camera worked well day or night and the 360 degree turning ability was great. It was not noisy when moving it but makes a screechy mechanical noise when treats are dispensed which is what freaked my dog out. He’s a bit of a nervous guy but he will usually stick around if a treat is involved. The cat got all the treats – but she was happy. The price difference between a Furbo and this is very large so, if you don’t need to have a brand name treat dispenser/camera this one will do the job mostly.

Worked great initially, just stopped dispensing. Cleared feeder with no success, returned for full refund.

Amazing video quality and connection
I bought this to keep in touch with my kitties when I’m away from home. They quickly recognize the sound of when the treats will get dispensed. I like the ability to zoom in on any part the camera can see. The sound quality is ok, sounds a bit tinie when I talk via my app. I had to place mine in a way that my cats can’t knock it over.

I have no idea if the machine itself works. During set up it doesn’t connect to the app, and in a week no one from customer service had gotten back to me. Hoping they’ll see this review and I can get it sorted out, otherwise I’ll have to return it as it’s useless without being able to connect it to wifi and the app.
