    Worth a positive review
My big old loveable hound dog has a quirky stomach, and a salmon based dog food is the only one he tolerates well. Not all salmon based dog food brands do the trick, so I have gone through several brands with limited or no success. Nature’s Recipe Grain Free Salmon was next in line, and that is where the search stopped. He loves the food, gobbles and slobbers it down and then looks up at me with a big doggy grin on his face. His poop is more solid and there is less of it. A win-win. Maybe you won’t be as successful as I was with it, but then again, maybe you will! It’s worth a try.

    Great
Currently the only food I trust to give my dog with none of that junk like other popular brands which I have given to her and make her poop yellow and soft. This one makes hers solid and brown and she loves it! Also not as expensive as others for such a large amount with clean ingredients

  3. Daniel

    Grain free
Pup loves it and it’s grain free!Took a few to get it delivered so we will just order sooner next time.Dog’s cannot digest corn and all the big names have grain. Less food less cleanup and a healthier companion.

Grain Free that my dog likes
My dog is on a grain free diet. This Nature’s Recipe Grain Free Salmon, Sweet Potatoe and Pumpkin she really likes. It doesn’t upset her stomach nor her digestion. I have bought this a few times . I wanted to make sure how my girl was with it before writing this review. Will be buying again!!

    Not bad!
My dogs devour Nature’s Recipe Grain-Free Salmon, Sweet Potato & Pumpkin like it’s the best thing they’ve ever tasted. One even ditched pricey dehydrated veggies for it. The ingredients check out—salmon leads the pack, and no skin issues or digestive drama so far.But here’s the rub: the bag doesn’t say where the food’s made. Turns out it’s claimed to be made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. That’s a red flag for me, given the recalls on imported dog food. Owned by Smucker’s, it’s not exactly a mom-and-pop brand either, if that matters to you.The kibble’s tiny, so slow feeders are a must unless you like choking hazards. Price-wise, it’s mid-range: above grocery brands but below premium giants. I might buy it again, but the vague sourcing keeps me from a 5-star rave.
