Risky product
I recently purchased this pet camera for the second time, hoping for the same positive experience I had with my first unit. Unfortunately, this time was a major disappointment, leading me to return the device.My first unit worked well, and I was initially very happy with itâuntil it it needed to charge that it wouldnât charge at all. Hoping this was just a fluke, I opted for a replacement. However, the second unit presented even more troubling issues.From the start, the app experience was frustrating. Every time I attempted to dispense treats or access certain settings, the app would glitch, making it nearly unusable. But the most alarming issue was what seemed to be a security concern. At random times, I heard muffled breathing noises coming from the camera, as if someone had remotely accessed the device and turned the sound on. The noises would stop when I approached the camera but would resume when I walked away. When I tried to record the issue, I even mentioned out loud that I thought someone was hacking it, and, strangely, the sounds immediately stoppedâonly for the device to suddenly restart repeatedly till I had to shut it down, as seen in the video I recorded.This experience completely shattered my trust in the product. I originally purchased it to keep an eye on my cats, but with such unsettling behavior, I cannot confidently use it in my home. While I really wanted to love this device, I cannot justify giving it a third chance. Between app malfunctions and potential security vulnerabilities, I cannot recommend this product and would advise others to be cautious before purchasing.

My two dogs and two cats very like pumpkii bot!
My labrador Baymax and my golden retriever Qiqi notified it must be a funny gift for them when I open the box and started up this bot in living room. But actually it’s the gift for my cats Momo and Miumiu! Baymax and Qiqi super curious with this bot when it auto cruising in the room. They quickly found the bot able to drop treat for them then they start to following the bot and keep eating, it’s so funny. They even keep finding the bot the whole night after I took the bot to the bedroom since my cats only plays in bedroom. Momo and Miumiu super like the laser point and feathers on the teaser wand. They can play with the feathers and laser point whole night.And this is an excellent way to care my cats and dogs when I’m went to office during daytime, you can find your cat by the phone and see them any time! But please be aware if your dogs are big they may bite and break the bot if all treats gone. The only drawback is it only supports 2.4G network and for the cruising mode the laser point not turn on, better improve this on the next version.

Poor functions..updated much better
I had just received this.. have a few issues1. Failed at connecting to 2.5 wifi had to factory reset and connect with Bluetooth.2. Controls are badly designed..no joystick controls.3. Only 11 slots to put treats in and not very large holder.4. No auto interaction with pets.5. Sharing with other friends and family not working.. tried on 2 different devices..still no good.I decided to return do to poor app functionality and design.Update:Decided to get the updated version BQ70Pros: 1 it connects easily please note registering new acct, you must use lower case letters in your email.2. Built in laser for cats3. Better camera4: self charging..helpful if on long vacations5. Sd card slot.. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS6. Sharing device with friends/family7. Larger wheels.. can go from floor to carpet great!Cons: 1. No joystick controls on app.. not a big deal.. maybe in future app update??2. No cat auto touch or visual interaction..again maybe in sw updates??Changing to 4 stars for upgraded modelBQ70.

Bank card got hacked
My cat loves the robot BUT……. SCANNED THE QR CODE ON THE INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP AND MY DEBIT CARD GOT HACKED!!!!!! Just go to the app store and download the app do not scan the QR code on the instructions!!!

Tossed in trash bin because after several role tried to help ran past the 30 day return window. Amazon has extremely poor quality management.

This has it all.
Of all the remote camera cat devices this one is the most bang for your buck. This does it all.Edit as of 11/14/2024:I started having connectivity issues when I was away from my home that made the device unusable.The company Pumpkii is being very fast and thorough to get my issues resolved with these connectivity issues. I am bumping my review to 4 stars because of the sheer enthusiasm to make me a happy customer, il go 5 starts again if the outcome fixes my issues. This is a great product and the company stands behind its products.

Fun to use
I can operate the product remotely but not sure if I can talk. Operation works but not real smooth. Would be nice to have remote capabilities with a joystick controller instead of phone. However this is great for the price and happy with the purchase!

I love using this for my cats while traveling. A great way to interact with them while away. The company has an excellent customer service, they go above and beyond!
