   Great wide coverage can cover my entire front yard and street
   Excellent product at a great price. Had a small issue with SD card after I had camera in front yard for 6 months. Contacted support they responded right back had me try 2 things and it did not fix and they shipped me out a replacement no hassle and had it with in 24 hours. New one up and working great. I had 8 camera from different manufactures. I just finished replacing all my cameras on property with REOLINK products due to the easy to use app that works on phone and PC. I have the same model in my back yard we have 1/2 acre in back yard and covers entire yard so we can keep an eye on our dogs. Have had camera in back yard for over a year and not a single issue.

   Awesome Cameras the App is the only major letdown
   The Cameras work beautifully, day and night, I’m impressed by the nearly instant recording response, less than a second to start recording, the image is very clear and well defined, the vehicle recognition picks up cars turning onto my street a good 400 feet away. My only complaint is the app, it needs some work to be useful, the playback view only allows for tiny thumbnails side by side on the phone app, which means I have to look at every single recording, instead of a large half page single file thumbnail that can very easily be looked at in a fraction of a second before scrolling to the next thumbnail, a hundred thumbnails could easily be scrolled through in a few seconds, instead of wasting a bunch of time watching each recording because there is no way possible to see if there is actually anything to look at with the current poor quality layout on a phone.Update: The power supply died, I took it in the house only to discover water dripping out of it, apparently rain got into the power supply and killed it. I thought I bought insurance on Amazon for it but there’s no way to see what insurance goes to what on Amazon! It doesn’t say you purchased this insurance for this product, it doesn’t even tie it into the product purchase.

   I’ve been a long-time fan of Reolink, using several of their products, including the Duo 2 camera and the doorbell camera. Recently, I encountered an issue with my Duo 2 camera, but the Reolink support team handled everything professionally and quickly.The warranty team guided me step-by-step, and their responsiveness was impressive. They even arranged a replacement through Amazon with no hassle. The camera itself is excellent—clear image quality, reliable performance, and easy to set up.Reolink not only makes great products but also provides top-notch service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable security solutions.

   Crisp video
   Video is very crisp and clear. The 180 degree “stitched” view works better than expected and covers the area of at least two camera. If you are even remotely tech-savvy, setup is a fairly easy. Will be purchasing couple more to surround the house.Update 1/1/2024: (Removing all stars)A few days after installing, purchased another camera as was impressed with video quality. After approximately a week of use, almost impossible to connect to either camera via app. Have a Reolink NVR and neither camera streams consecutively, missing major gaps of footage. Read similar reviews of this model where others have had signal/connectivity issues. Will be returning one of these as soon as finish typing this. Would return both but do not have original packaging for one of them.

   I had a 1080p camera back in the day and it’s night and day with this camera, quality picture is VERY clear even when you zoom in, although if you zoom in max it get very pixelated. *Example if you look at the pictures, i cant read my license plate which is 60-70ft away*. When you are outside and the person with his phone talking to you, it’s hard to understand, But when you want to hear people outside, the quality is very good I can understand very well, i can understand people talking when they are talking in the street 60ft away. It’s super easy to setup, just don’t forget to connect it with a LAN before installing it on the wall, for some reason it cant find my wifi network( maybe its just me who is not able).totally recommend, and i will buy another one for my backyard. the angle is SUPER nice.

   Configuration is not straight forward, and very janky overall. Installation and usage is easy and quality is very high on video and compatibility with other softwares. I’ve already added more Reolink hardware to my house and will continue to add more as they work with my camera NVR (Blue Iris).

    After a week of 17 emails and 40 minutes on the phone with tech support from my internet/cellular provider we’ve finally got to working as it should. The system worked great while our phones were connected to wifi but wouldn’t connect using cellular data. The problem turned out to be the port settings in the app…Now that that is all sorted out, I am happy with the cameras.
