Fully functional camera without nagging subscriptions!
I purchased this camera to pair with an outdoor camera and wanted to make sure the app was the same. I’ve tried several other brands in the past including Ring and Yi/Yi Home. Both want monthly subscriptions and limit the use of the camera without it. This series of camera is the first I’ve purchased that does everything I want without having to pay for the subscription or some other device to make it work. The camera itself is barely the size of a coffee cup and looks like an air freshener. The sd card slot is easy to load and eject from, and also included mounting hardware for wall mounting. The power source is usb-c with a decent length cord (about 4 feet). Once powered on the camera jumps right into pairing mode without any resetting or fiddling. The software is simple with controls for ptz and recording on the front hud. The gimbal is smooth, and the picture is incredible for an indoor camera. Again, one of the best features is how functional this camera is without ANY additional cost. There is a cloud option if you choose, but it’s not forced upon you with ads. Even without a sd card the camera works perfectly as a room monitor. You can even screenshot and save to your phone without an SD present. It also includes motion tracking, human detection, siren, and a recording schedule. The only thing I’ve found to fault this camera with is the usb cord length, which is an easy fix. Highly recommended especially if you’re using multiple cameras.

Update*****Great Little Cameras
***Update after several weeks of use. Still great cameras, better camera pictures in the day time. Night time is ok, but not as good. To improve the camera pictures at night you must keep a light on or a lamp in use. Simply does not perform well in pitch darkness. I could barely see my dogs using the night vision. Also, the camera cords are extremely short, limiting the placement of the unit. Thatâs disappointing to say the least and during power outages, the cameras do not reboot or reconnect on their own when the power is restored. The cameras will give a loud message telling you that the camera is offline until you go back through the procedure using the app to get it back online. It wonât stop the messages until you unplug the camera or reboot it, which is annoying. Nevertheless, still a great buy for the money.Original post*****Just got these a couple of days ago and Iâm surprised at how good they are. Needed to monitor my dogs while I was at work and didnât expect much from the product. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the setup was and how clear the videos are. The night vision is good and the talk speaker actually works. I was so impressed, I ordered more and now have a total of 7, one in each room. Well worth the money for a peace of mind. Iâll give an update later on down the road, I hope that they last for quite a while.

Perfect Little Camera
Bought this indoor camera to keep an eye on my pets while Iâm away from home and it is perfect! The app allows me to view and record and I can also speak through the camera! You can also adjust the lens right from the app! Up, down or side to side. The zoom in option is also great! Best lil investment I made!

False advertisement and horrible customer service or lack of customer service
Update 12/4/24: gave compensation for issues which took almost 3 weeks before finally got that. Also told me one amount, gave a different amount than promised; had to show screenshots to get what was promised. Then took 3 times before got full amount. The compensation is mainly for inconvenience but does not fix the false advertising for 2g and 5g, as well as false advertising for free trial for cloud which i still got no help on assistance with 2g/5g (they never responded again) and still did not get free cloud trial. So issues didnât get resolved only gave compensation which is for inconvenience in my opinion. Update: Advertised as 2G and 5G but no way to select. Two weeks later and I still game not gotten assistance on this. I also completed a review for free cloud trial and that was two weeks ago and I still have not received it. I have contacted customer service for both issues several times and no help on either issue in two weeks. Will be returning and will never buy from seller again! Excellent price with good quality. Love the corner to corner patrol, picture, features. Canât figure out how to change WiFi since it defaulted to my guest WiFi I didnât want to use and still waiting on a reply but other than that, love the camera and price!
