How to Set up and Conect the Camera on Mobile Phone?
Power on- Download Im Cam app -Register and login-Add device(only can select the 2.4G wi-fi camera connection,make sure the device is in the network pairing state)-you can access the camera device after pairing succeed. Note: it’s normal if the screen is being a black screen when connecting time is quite long, there will be a voice promopt after connected successfully. please press gently for 3 seconds to reset if you want to re-pair the camera to new wifi after connected successfully.

Video Calls between Devices
after connected the pet camera, click the call settings on the device setting page-select the button1/2 to be configured and click settings-select this account and the device that needs to be called and click confirm-then press the selected button in the setted camera to make video call between devices. Note: only can use the other button to make a video call/voice call detween phone with camera after one button was set to make a video call of device with device.

Not compatible with 5G
UPDATE:I was contacted by the seller and manufacturer of the camera, who apologized for the missing data on the product description and will update the product description on Amazon. They are in the process of developing a 5G compatible pet camera with 2 way audio-video that will be available in the near future. When that version is available, I hope they will notify me because I will buy it.This is the second camera phone I have bought. It was not stated in the product description that all of these Chinese camera-phones are not compatible with 5G. They are all outdated if you have a 5G WiFi and phone. But some don’t list that fact in the product descriptionI really don’t know how this product works, so I can’t rate it. This unit brand I got did not link to my I-Phone Bluetooth WiFi… so I returned it. It appears that there are other products of the same design may link with 5G WiFi Bluetooth. Read the product descriptions carefully to find that one. I bought one of the other products that did not specifically state that it would not support 5G WiFi after I returned this one. If it works, it will be a great tool for the price to keep in touch with a pet. This unit did not come with any kind of customer service number for support, nor did it describe how it worked. It just came with a set-up manual… which was pretty simple. But, apparently the unit only supports 2.4 GH WiFi,, and it did not link up with my I-Phone 2022 SE. I called Amazon customer service, but they could not answer my questions as to how it works. The same product is made under several different brand names. I chose to buy the product that did not specifically mention anything about the camera not linking up to a 5G Bluetooth or WiFi network. So, I hope this new one will link up.NOTE: This is a well built camera. I do not intend to degrade the reputation of the seller or the camera. From what I saw of the screen and heard the internal guidance audio when it turned on, and from the guidance and instructions included, this is a high quality product. I hope they will inform me when it is available in 5G version and compatible with today’s I-Phones. i also hope they will provide more information in the box… like a direct customer service number or tech help number.

Worked well but no longer have sound
The camera worked perfectly for a month then we can no longer speak through the camera. Not sure what the issue is, weâve reset, deleted the app and redownloaded it but the issue is still there. I went through the reviews and didnât see this as an issue so it may just be our luck. Pretty bummed because the quality is so clear and itâs so helpful with helping us keep watch and speak with the kids when we arenât with them.
