Valuable Product!
I have been using the Waggle full time in my campervan for a year and a half now and have found it very valuable! It texts me if it gets too hot and if I need reassurance, I can check the app any time. Monthly or yearly fee is minimal and customer service is very helpful. I have had to reset it a couple times but it was a very easy fix! Animal control has been called on me twice and when I told them about the product, they said all was good. One specifically wanted to know about it because of the waggle sticker on my window. She said it was a great idea.

Don’t waste your money!!
The temperature reading is off by 15 degrees. See images. We are in the Colorado Mountains all windows open where it is nice and cool, I have a sweater on, no way its 81 degrees here. I am steaming with my Verizon signal so I know I have good cell service. I unplugged it about a our ago and have yet to receive an alert about power. I did get an alert yesterday when I tested it so I know it works but if it is not 100% reliable what’s the point. Set up on the app was a total pain, it kicks you out at any point if you leave the screen and you have to enter all over. Even when I clicked to read the terms at checkout, had to start all over. Seriously I am all about techy things and this is a waste on money. The people that keep it probably don’t even know if it works or not, and have not thoroughly tested it out, they just like the nice screen on their phone. Returning it today.SO UPDATE I spoke with support and apparently the unit lost the the cell signal. But I got no alert. So if it can lose the signal and not update temp readings or send alerts what good is it. I used the reset button and it seems to be working now. I will update again when I get the answer on lose of cell signal alerts.UPDATE 4 days now no response from customer service. I think they blackballed me. We were out yesterday and got a warning that we hit our 83 degree high head alert so we rushed back and the RV was fine the digital thermometer we have on the shelf and the one on the thermostat read 74 and 76. The only thing I would say it might be good for is the power off alert. IF YOU HAVE A CONNECTED CELL SIGNAL. JUST NOT RELIABLE FOR THE MONEY WE PAYED. ITS GOING BACK.

Peace of mind
I have used Waggle for a few years to help keep my Tori dog safe and comfortable. It works. I use Waggle both at home, to monitor temperature in real time when I am out of the house and Tori is home, and during travel. May I linger longer over lunch (at a not dog friendly restaurant), or should I move along to my car? Waggle tells me. Once, I had a Waggle device go bad. Customer service was easy to reach and they replaced the unit quickly, hassle free. Waggle is a good, modest investment in keeping your furry friends safe and giving you peace of mind.

I use my Waggle in my RV where I live full time with my 10 yr old lab, Bella. Needed the peace of mind when leaving her alone in the camper when I go to work. We are on full hookups, so it alerts me if the trailer loses power, if the temperature or humidity gets too far out of my set ranges for her safety and comfort. As long as you are parked somewhere with a cell signal it works great.I did take it with us when we traveled cross country without the RV for the holidays. I was alerted of no signal a few times when we drove thru dead zones on the highway, but otherwise it kept pretty accurate temperature (within 2-3°) every time I tested it. Would definitely recommend to any travelers with pets. I gave it 4 stars because it actually costs twice as much as you think. The subscription will run you as much as the price of the unit (per yr), but the security it provides your furry loved ones is priceless.

Letâs us know the dogs are safe
Great item easy to set up and adjust alerts. Have three small dogs that we always take with us on our trips In Motorhome. We go south a lot and when at RV parks sometimes have to leave dogs in Motorhome with air conditioning on to go to pool or store with waggle we donât have to worry I know and can check temperature anytime and get text if anything is wrong power out or temp to high. Great item to keep pets safe

We got this for our dog while we were camping in 40+ degree heat we needed to be sure our AC was on and working while we were away. Never had any drops in the connection and the alerts worked well.Just keep in mind this is not a free service you have to be subscribed for it to work. You will need to ensure wherever you are has adequate cellular coverage as well.

I bought this to protect my dogs if I need to leave them and the A/C would turn off. Well it sends you alerts every 30 minutes or so, even if the temperature is way above the temp you set for your alarm. It did not, at any time displayed the correct temperature. This is extremely dangerous and Im glad I was just testing it cause it could have been tragic! I do not recommend this. And donât try to reach customer support, they wonât help!

Had this product for a week now and customer support is the poorest I have ever encountered. The same problem exists as mos of the other comments. I have a meteorological degree and no dummy when it comes to the weather and whomever developed this device had to be dummies because it cannot be calibrated to provide the correct ambient temperatures. I set up a cheap Radio Shack thermistor in the exact same location as the waggle device and the reading on my iphone from the waggle device was almost 20 C hotter and RH was almost 10 % lower than the ambient temperature outside and inside the RV. Contacted support and 4 days later no response from them. So packed up device and returned to amazon and going to cancel subscription as well. Piece of crap do not buy!!
