    Great Video Quality
Love this doorbell cam. They do have the option to pay for different features ($12.99/month) like setting it for when ur away or at home. I do not pay for the subscription, have enough of them already. It’s works great for seeing who is at the door, it’s got like a 2-3 second buffer to load live stream which is not bad at all in my opinion. It has yet to miss a notification of a person at the door. I have not attempted to adjust any sensitivity settings on it for notifications and the camera notifies of like cars passing on the main road perpendicular to our home. I don’t mind the notifications enough to mess with it. It works perfectly for what we wanted and not having to pay for subscription is awesome. When it captures someone at the front door it records a few moments of them being there and notifies you almost instantly. I think if you want like storage of any footage longer than a day or so you can pay for the subscription but we seem to be in a decent area with little to no nonsense so there’s not present need for like cloud storage or something. We will be planning to get a regular one of these for the front of the house, the one that is like rectangular with the light on top. I have loved Wyze products since I found them when I worked at Home Depot years ago.

    Works great, easy setup
The setup of the camera was super easy and took maybe 15 minutes and it almost immediately paid off. I captured someone trying to break into my apartment within the week and was able to provide police with videos of the attempts. I will say the quality of the footage could be a bit better–I can’t make out details of the items on in the guys hands or the wording of his shirt, see attached photo. The face was easily visible, though I removed it before uploading the photo.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this product… the only down side is it might have you coming back to amazon for some pepper spray.

Get it you won’t regret it
Just get this for your safety and your packages safety. I got them pro but then got this after seeing it and this one here is double the image quality, easy to install and set up, wireless if you don’t have a doorbell AKA live in a apartment. It detected motion very easy, you have 2 way talk ability and a clean sleek design. This is worth your hard earned money in 2025 and aids in your safety

    Great Product; OK Battery
I had a package stolen off my porch and decided to get a video doorbell as a deterrent. I’ve been happy with my other Wyze camera for years, so I thought I’d give their video doorbell a try.Since my front door doesn’t have a spot for wiring, I needed a battery-powered option. Installation was simple with the sticky tape. This model doesn’t support an SD card, so I paid $20 for the Pro account to get AI features and additional storage. It’s much cheaper than other camera plans out there. There’s also a free tier with notifications, but it’s limited.Initially, I had some issues where I had to keep resetting my router because the doorbell wouldn’t connect. After a week or two, that problem seemed to go away. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with it. The video quality is good, and I get instant notifications on my phone whenever someone walks on my porch or delivers a package. There are plenty of options to personalize your notification and recording settings. The only thing I don’t like is the inflated claims about battery life. The description says “up to six months,” but I got about a week out of it at first. To be fair, I live on a busy street with lots of foot and car traffic. I emailed customer support and asked about settings to improve battery life, like changing which events trigger notifications, making the detection zone smaller, and setting detection sensitivity to low. After making those changes, I now get about 2-3 weeks between charges. It takes around 4-5 hours to fully charge the battery. While 2-3 weeks isn’t awful, it’s nowhere near six months. Again, if you live on a less busy street, you’d probably get better battery life. Most people in reviews claim 3 weeks to a month, so it’s still absurd to claim six months.Overall, I’m pretty happy with the video doorbell. Just make sure to set your battery expectations to around a month.

Own several Wyze cameras so no stranger to the brand. Being on the Cam Unlimited plan the doorbell Pro does the job just fine.Finding the build quality to be above average. All brackets are included for various types of install, adhesive, screws, angled, wired.Image quality during daytime is more than sufficient yet I feel nighttime could have been a tad better. The 150 degree field of view is great.Response to motion is reasonable, two-way communication via speaker/mic is good, chime works well. Battery life is OK yet not expecting miracle’s here, as I’ve yet to own anything in this realm that has been stellar.Overall I am quite happy with my purchase easily recommending to those who need such a device.
